Don’t use them. Called them to fix my structure scan on my Simrad EVO. Knowing that, you would think they’d assume its more than likely either the Simrad EVO itself or the transducer. They were told before the first app’t on the phone that my boat is on a lift and once again by text message on the day of (see attached text) Tech came out, worked on it for over an hour and couldn’t figure it out. Said he would come back the following week with a transducer to test it. Again, he was ON my boat that was ON MY LIFT and mentioned nothing about it being an issue to work on. Then I’m informed a different tech would come out which was fine. 3 days later the new tech calls on the morning of my app’t and tells me he can’t replace a transducer because its on my lift and not a trailer. I said the last tech said nothing about that and if its an issue we just back the boat in and work from the dock. They said no. No excuse for that, they are awful. Weeks wasted.

Needed a.c. serviced on my boat. Felix went out or their way to get it done did a great job.
