I am deeply disappointed with the terrible service we received from Enterprise. We had a confirmed reservation for a large vehicle to transport children from our church to a convention.
On the day of the trip, we went to pick up the vehicle, only to be told that it was not available. We were forced to wait in the office for a very long time while the staff allegedly tried to find a solution. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but their attitude and customer service were completely unacceptable and rude.
Because of their extreme negligence and lack of accountability, the children were left upset and worried they would miss their convention. We had to rush at the last minute to find another rental company, which cost us significantly more money just to save the trip for the kids.
Enterprise showed absolutely no respect for our time, our booking, or the children. I highly advise against renting from this location if you need a reliable vehicle for an important event.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from Enterprise.
On May 30, we reserved a 15-passenger van for pickup on June 15 at 8:00 AM for an elementary children’s convention in Titusville. The reservation was confirmed again on Friday, June 12, giving us every reason to believe the vehicle would be available as promised.
However, when our church representative arrived Monday morning to pick up the van, we were informed that no vehicle was available. What made the situation even worse was the lack of concern, professionalism, or meaningful assistance from the staff. They appeared completely unbothered by the major inconvenience their mistake was causing.
With children and their parents waiting for transportation to a three-day event, we were left scrambling at the last minute. Our representative had to take an Uber to another rental location, where we were forced to rent a vehicle at more than double the original price due to the urgency of the situation. We had no choice but to accept the excessive cost because the children were depending on us.
As a direct result of Enterprise’s failure to honor a confirmed reservation, our trip was delayed by more than three hours, causing unnecessary stress, panic, and disruption. In addition, our organization incurred expenses far beyond our budget through no fault of our own. We made the reservation well in advance, have the confirmation and receipts available for review, and did everything expected of us as customers.
To make matters worse, our attempts to report the issue were ignored. Calls were not returned, and emails went unanswered. The lack of accountability after the incident has been just as frustrating as the incident itself.
This experience has completely eroded our trust in Enterprise. Not only will we never use this location again, but we will also be taking our future business elsewhere. A reservation should mean something, especially when it involves transporting children to a scheduled event. Enterprise failed to deliver on its commitment and failed to provide adequate customer service when it mattered most.

Staff then tried offering a 12‑passenger van, which was also unavailable moments later. No real solutions were offered, and the suggestions given—like renting multiple cars for a group of children—were unrealistic and unprofessional. When our representative became understandably frustrated, he was asked to wait outside instead of being helped. He had to Uber to another location and rent a van at more than double the original price because it was last‑minute. The children’s trip was delayed nearly three hours, and parents were left confused. Corporate was contacted, but calls were never returned. This entire situation was handled poorly from start to finish. No communication, no accountability, and no effort to correct the mistake. Our church is extremely disappointed and will be reconsidering future business with Enterprise.
