  I was very happy that Enterprise worked closely with Mike's Auto and Body Shop as the repairs for my car took longer than expected due to a stubborn insurance estimator. Costco has a relationship with Enterprise and using the Costco Citi credit card gets benefits that are impressive. Additionally, I elected to pay the up-charge over my insurance authorized amount to get a RAV 4 since I drive a RAV 4 so easy transition. The convenience of paying for gas up front was helpful. Your personnel were courteous and knowledgeable and stayed in touch with the body shop saving me calls and hassle.

  Rented a vehicle while ours was in repair. Car was delivered to repair shop on time, very clean, fun to drive. Easy dropoff, and when I had questions on my bill both Rod and Ebony were extremely helpful. Nice job folks!

  I am writing regarding the handling of my recent rental account by Enterprise representative “Ebony” concerning Rental Agreement 362NDM. I was disappointed by the voicemail left for me, which stated that this matter would be escalated to the “risk department” because I allegedly failed to respond or return calls. That statement was inaccurate and does not reflect my actual communication efforts or the status of the account. First, I did remain in contact regarding the rental situation and the ongoing repair status of my vehicle. At no point was I intentionally avoiding communication. Second, the rental charges had already been paid. Attached records show that the balance for the rental agreement was satisfied, with a total amount due of $0.00 and payment reflected on the account. Despite this, I still received a voicemail implying nonpayment and threatening escalation. Third, after leaving that voicemail, Ebony never followed up to verify the payment status or correct the misunderstanding. Instead, I was left with a threatening and accusatory message suggesting that I had ignored Enterprise and failed to pay, which was both stressful and unnecessary. I respectfully request that Enterprise review this matter internally, including: * the accuracy of the statements made in the voicemail, * the payment history on the account, * and whether proper account verification procedures were followed before threatening escalation to a risk department. Customers should not receive collection-style threats after payment has already been processed and reflected on the account. I would appreciate written confirmation that: * the account is fully resolved, * no negative internal reporting or flags were placed on my account, * and that this matter has been reviewed with the employee involved.   I’ve used enterprise many times, however I’ve never been to a cleaner location. Ebony was extremely kind, I was having the worst day. It didn’t phase her she kept a smile on her face and turned my day around. She goes the extra mile for her customers. I live in north Cape Coral and I drive here. I’ll never go to another location as long as Ebony is here. If you’re considering where to rent do yourself a favor and go see Ebony!

  Charged me an extra day bc their authorized partner didn’t return the vehicle until the following business day. I called a week later as I had yet to hear back from anyone and they never responded to my contacts before return but a week later realized they still didn’t have it marked returned in their systems but had already rented it out. They proceeded to charge me despite the car being handed over to their partner at 6pm the day of with keys given to the partner the day of return. The following day they charged me for I hadn’t had the car or keys since the day prior so really enterprise stole from me. I addressed it and they proceeded to charge me anyways. You lost my business as well as everyone know who I will inform to go elsewhere!
