  I went in two weeks prior to needing our rental, to ask for a Tahoe or expedition but absolutely no Jeep Wagoneer. Not only was that what they had for me, but that’s all that was on the lot was jeeps. I know my vehicles and knew I would hate the drive and ride. All of us are still sore from being in that junk automobile two days after. Oh, also, not as “clean” as they stated. And they were “cleaning” it when I arrived. Food seen on the floor, crumbs everywhere, a piece of motorcycle or something under the seat that folds forward. Just terrible! Never again!

  I had to return the vehicle before the original scheduled return. Rick the manager assisted me with the early return. Thanks for his assistance.

  This is my 3rd time renting a car at this location and they make the process quick and easy and never tried to charge for invalid charges like other do sometimes. I’ll definitely keep renting from the Fort Myers location. Keep up the good work

  Thank you manager, Dee Dee, and Cameron. My experience was nothing short of EXCELLENT! Professional, courteous, no upselling, and punctual in delivering my vehicle, all of the staff that I interacted with represented the Enterprise Brand beyond my expectations. What I like about this specific location at 7191 Cypress Lake Drive, Fort Myers, Florida is not having to go to the airport to pickup my vehicle. What really sells me on Enterprise is they offer free pickup and return if you are within a limited number of miles from the office location. In simple terms, they picked me up at my residence, and once I arrived at their office, I was out in about 5 minutes. The return was no different….uncomplicated and quick! Thanks again guys, and I will be back!
