Can’t say enough about the staff at the Enterprise location at 7191 Cypress lake Drive. Professional, courteous, punctual, and personable, I could not have anticipated a better experience.
Thank you manager, Dee Dee, and Cameron.
My experience was nothing short of EXCELLENT!
Professional, courteous, no upselling, and punctual in delivering my vehicle, all of the staff that I interacted with represented the Enterprise Brand beyond my expectations.
What I like about this specific location at 7191 Cypress Lake Drive, Fort Myers, Florida is not having to go to the airport to pickup my vehicle. What really sells me on Enterprise is they offer free pickup and return if you are within a limited number of miles from
the office location. In simple terms, they picked me up at my residence, and once I arrived at their office, I was out in about 5
minutes. The return was no different….uncomplicated and quick!
Thanks again guys, and I will be back!
After many years of utilizing Enterprise I had the most dreadful experience. It started with the national reservation center which sent me to the wrong location who rudely informed me that they did not pick up or deliver our of that location, during my return call to the reservation desk I was disconnected during an attempted transfer to the correct location. Finally Didier Francois was able to salvage the situation once we were picked up at the dealership and got our vehicle. He was very apologetic even though he and his location DID NOT fall down on the job. That is the only reason I'm giving it 5 stars as it will affect his location ratings and they are the best!

Such a seamless rental experience. Picked up and dropped off where my car was being repaired. I was able to get a car within minutes even after my reservation had been for the wrong location. Super helpful and friendly staff. Will be coming back for any future car rental needs!

I always had good things to say about this location in the past. All of that changed today when I returned a rented vehicle following repairs to my vehicle after being in a crash. Actually, the issues started when I rented the car and it was noted that the gas tank had "7/8ths of a tank of gas". I was advised that I should return the car with the same amount of gas or I would be charged. Today, before returning the vehicle, I attempted to fill the tank to the desired 7/8ths of a tank, I was on half a tank when I arrived at the gas station. Not being familiar with the car or the size of the tank, I put in 5 gallons, and when I started the car the needle was just above the 3/4 mark. Maybe some would say I should have just filled the tank up, but have you seen the price of gas? Well, sure enough, the clerk that checked in my car called out that I was two gallons short of the noted 7/8ths of a tank and asked if I would like to correct this or pay the fee. Right, I want to leave the rental return location to drive to a gas station to put two (2) more gallons of gas in the tank. It's bad business that I didn't get a car with a full tank of gas rather than one filled to 7/8ths. Either way, Enterprise is coming out ahead; charging me $14.00 for two (2) gallons of gas today, or if I had filled it to full before returning the car, when I didn't pick it up with a full tank in the first place. Does anyone else call bullshit on this? The exchange between the clerk and myself went downhill from there where he copped an attitude about my previously arranged ride to the car repair which is exactly .4 miles from the Enterprise location. I was told the driver was out and he would take me when he returned. I advised the clerk that the car repair location closed at 5:30 p.m. and asked if he could tell me when the driver would be back, he repeated that the driver was out delivering other people to their location. At that point I called a Lyft. Doesn't Enterprise advertise that they provide rides, bring cars to customers, etc? Shame on Enterprise for not training their staff better.
