The car was fine. The service was exceptional. The branch manager went out of his way to make the experience easy and fast.

The two gentlemen there on Monday mid morning were fantastic. I was sent over from a car dealership with little explanation, and these guys cut through the nonsense and made sure I was taken care of, when I returned today, one of the guys I interacted with on monday were there. Asked if everything was ok and thanked me for my business. Classy! Thanks guys!

I went in two weeks prior to needing our rental, to ask for a Tahoe or expedition but absolutely no Jeep Wagoneer. Not only was that what they had for me, but that’s all that was on the lot was jeeps. I know my vehicles and knew I would hate the drive and ride. All of us are still sore from being in that junk automobile two days after. Oh, also, not as “clean” as they stated. And they were “cleaning” it when I arrived. Food seen on the floor, crumbs everywhere, a piece of motorcycle or something under the seat that folds forward. Just terrible! Never again!
