    I am a contractor and have rented from Enterprise many times over the years, but my recent experiences have been extremely frustrating. Over the past two days, I made five separate reservations for a pickup truck that was shown as available on Enterprise's website. Each time, I drove to the location only to be told that no truck was available and was offered a completely different vehicle instead. As a contractor, I reserve a truck because I need a truck—not an SUV or a regular car. The worst experience was at the Fort Myers Airport location. When I asked the manager about a truck that was parked outside, he told me it was reserved for someone else. I explained that I also had a reservation, and he insisted that I didn't. Only after I showed him my reservation confirmation did he acknowledge it, but instead of honoring my reservation, he offered me an SUV. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and spoke to me disrespectfully in front of my daughter. This isn't the first time this has happened. If trucks are not actually available, they should not be listed as available for reservation. Customers shouldn't have to waste their time driving to a location only to find out the reserved vehicle isn't there. Very disappointing experience, and I hope Enterprise improves the accuracy of its reservation system and the way customers are treated.

    I've rented from several major car rental companies over the years, but the level of customer service I received from manager Jonathan Wojciki at Enterprise Ft. Myers location was truly top-tier. I was looking for a long-term pickup truck rental, and after speaking with Jonathan, he told me he'd reach out as soon as one became available. True to his word, I received an email from him the very next day letting me know he had sourced a truck for me and that it was ready for pickup. Jonathan was professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I needed. It's rare to come across someone who follows through so quickly and makes the entire process so easy. I'd also like to mention that the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the rental process. Every employee I interacted with was professional, respectful, and eager to help. That kind of consistency speaks volumes about the leadership at this location, and Jonathan has clearly built a team that takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Jonathan is a tremendous asset to Enterprise, and his dedication to both his customers and his team reflects exceptionally well on the company. I highly recommend this location and will gladly continue renting from them in the future.

    i registered a car with 15 seats for children from church for a convention and after i went there, they said they didn’t have the car and they had me waited there for a while and had a really big attitude with me so we had to move to another to another company and paid twice as i was going to with inter price on a car i wasn’t even expecting and that wasn’t planned for.
