  Our experience with renting a car could not have gone smoother. Sheron L literally walked us to our vehicle and talked with us the entire way. Coolest person in Ft Meyers FL! As nice as she was, she was so professional and even checked back in with us to make sure we were set and secured. Thank you for the best rental experience!

  I recently traveleld, with my family, 5 adults 2 children under the age two, to Naples, Florida. We have done this for years, and when we need to rent a vehicle we use Enterprise. I am a loyal Enterprise customer, and I will continue to be one. This poor review is due to an isolated experience at the RSW Enterprise. One that I trust will not happen again. We rented two cars and we needed to rent car seats as the kids are of that age, and we were hoping to not travel with car seats. We were initially, and wrongly advised when we rented the car, so this is not RSW Enterprises fault, that they would install the car seats for us. When we got there we were given two car seats and left to our own demise. ONe of the car seats had a problem. Neither of the car seats installed easily. It literally took an hour to get two seats working. The reason I am writing this review is the utter rudeness of the Enterprise staff in the garage. They informed us in no certain terms that we were on our own. Their attitude was not appropriate and their behaviour was worse. We were treated horribly. I get it, they are scared of liabilty if they make a mistake installing a car seat. But what they should be scared of is liability from not trying to assist in properly installing a seat they provide in a car they provide. They should be worried about leaving a customer with two small children in a hot garage sturggling to put a car seat in a car that it doesn't work in. They should have trained staff that can propertly install their seats in their car! We finally made it work, no help to Enterprise, and no apology for the rude, arrogant behviour of their people. I will say that upon returning the car, the return individual did give us a modest discount, so I will give them two stars instead of one.

  The Customer Service was extremely good. The vehicle was in Great condition, smooth ride. Thank you all for the excellent job.

  Fast efficient service on both pick up and drop off. I was also originally scheduled to fly out earlier but my flight was delayed. The Enterprise app easily allowed me to extend my rental. Thanks Enterprise!

  Fast, friendly, and reliable! The check-in was seamless, and returning the car took no time at all. Enterprise is the only rental company I use, and they never disappoint!
