  This is my favorite airport to fly in and now to pick up car rentals. RSW was ranked the number one favorite airport in the United States! I have been a loyal customer since I was in my early thirties, does anyone remember when Enterprise had the weekend special when you could get a car for $9.99 per day. It was wonderful on a vacation weekends so you could have it for up to 3 days amazing. I lived in LA and only had a motorcycle and an RV plus a yacht. I time the rentals with mother nature cuz sometimes it does rain like a monsoon so I would have to get up to my house in the Malibu hills. On a personal level I've never said this publicly but I met my one and only wife because she left some personal belongings in the glove box. With personal paperwork, w2 statements, phone bill with unlisted number and other documentation. So I gave her a call and she sounded embarrassed but somewhat jubilant. I continue to talk to her because she had a sexy voice and I was single. After about 30 minutes or so with us being both very busy talented salespeople she wanted to cut the conversation short so I said okay. Let me ask you one question before you go, are you tall blonde with green eyes? She said yes but you already knew that about me, I said no I don't, how could I know? Because you found my paperwork. Nothing found in the glove box indicated what you look like so I continued to say "but that would be my dream girlfriend". She then replied let's meet for a drink, and the rest is history.

  Huge thank you to the two amazing team members at Enterprise fort Myers airport, who provided such incredible customer service during a stressful day for me. After dealing with a popped tire, the team quickly got me swapped into a new convertible and made the whole process smooth and easy. On top of that, I realized after getting home that I had accidentally left my work cell phone in the vehicle. I rushed back to the location, and thankfully they had safely put it away for me. That level of honesty, hospitality, and customer care truly did not go unnoticed. I wish I had gotten both of your names, but I was able to snap this photo! Thank you again for going above and beyond — it was greatly appreciated. Please recognize these two that went above and beyond , and made my day brighter! — Jacob from Michigan

  Do not rent from here! They are trying to claim damage to the undercarriage on me that I did not cause. It's unreasonable to even make such a claim since I'm not going to look under the car before check out - and even if I did, I'm not a mechanic and wouldn't know what damage under there looks like. Poor customer service. Treat your customer reasonably. Don't try to pass your maintenance / general wear and tear costs onto them. After 15 years of renting with Enterprise, I'm done. Way to lose a customer. EDIT: Responding to comment - apparently "great" customer service means I should be the one to follow up on my own negative review... No, Lynette, great customer service would be you escalating this issue to get it resolved. This is a great example of the problem. Enterprise expects its customers to do its work for them. That is actually "poor" customer service.

  I have never had any problems with Enterprise. I won’t consider using any other company. This recent encounter was flawless from start to finish. Ken and KJ at Ft Myers/RSW airport were exceptional. I don’t recall the name of the fellow who accepted the return of the rental but he also was exceptional. All staff I encountered were professional, very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I seriously won’t rent with any other company.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise. I showed up with my valid Florida driver’s license and debit card, and after wasting my time they tell me I need a physical credit card to rent the vehicle. Nobody mentioned this beforehand, and there was zero clear indication during the booking process. Could’ve saved me the trip and inconvenience if they were upfront about their policy. Poor communication and a complete waste of time.
