- NEnalan erol6 days ago5.0We rented a car from Enterprise Boy Scout drive to go to Sarasota for 2 weeks there was a couple of issues on the way so we had to change cars in Sarasota, They told us to let the Ft. Myers office know. When I called , Rosie answered the phone and said "we'll do what we can". I want to mention Hannah which helped me initially, even pre-setting the radio stations before we left Ft.Myers. Wonderful person. When we came back, Tabitha listened to every detail and did some minor adjustments for being inconvenienced and made everything good, Superb job. I hope these three, especially the latter two get the credit and the recognition they deserve. Thank you all three, thank you Enterprise. The Erols

Set up a time to pick me up when the location did not actually have it on their books. Was told they called and left a message, which was a lie unfortunately. Beware!
