  Everyone was very kind and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to receive emails during the trip asking if everything was going well. Excellent customer service. Obviously, this isn't my first time renting with them, and I've also bought a car from their fleet in the past, so it certainly won't be my last renting. Thank you.

  I’ve rented from this Enterprise location several times and have always appreciated the service I’ve received from the staff. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with the branch manager, Sophia, was very disappointing. I have an out-of-state Virginia driver’s license, and on previous rentals I’ve been able to verify my Florida address with supporting documentation. Before arriving, I explained my situation over the phone and was told everything would be fine. However, when I arrived, Sophia refused to honor that and repeatedly stated that it would not happen “under her watch.” What was most frustrating wasn’t simply the policy—it was the way the situation was handled. An employee, Parker, even presented a document that appeared to support address verification, but it was immediately dismissed. If the policy has changed or is different at this branch, that should be communicated clearly to customers and updated internally so employees are all on the same page. I wasn’t trying to challenge anyone’s authority; I was simply explaining that my previous experiences and the information I was given led me to believe everything had been approved. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed and disrespected. I do want to recognize Parker and Hannah, who have always been professional, helpful, and courteous during my previous rentals. They are a big reason I’ve continued renting from this location. I hope Enterprise can provide more consistency in how policies are applied and place greater emphasis on customer service, especially when customers are making a genuine effort to follow the process.

  Rented a car from here. The car had a very strong tobacco smoke smell, made it hard to even sit in the car. After returning the vehicle we did a thorough search to make sure we didn’t leave anything and under the driver seat we found a condom and a cigar. How disgusting, explains the smell. After reaching out to customer service all they could do was offer me a free upgrade for the next time I rent a car, or a free tank of gas... like I would rent another car from them. After this experience I will not be renting another car from enterprise.. and the only way they could make it up to me was by having me spend money with them again?? Not okay. Also we ended up leaving some airpods in the car so we called as soon as they opened to let them know. Turns out they already rented out the car to someone else.. So they absolutely do not clean the cars in between uses!! We were supposed to return the car saturday at 2pm(we returned it friday evening), and by 9am that day, the car was already rented to someone else.. how does that work? They absolutely do not check the cars or even clean them before uses!! Do not recommend!!

  Absolutely love renting at the boy scout location in Fort Myers. My family and I went through a fire in 2023 and I had to rent a vehicle 4 weeks at a time. After letting them know what I was going through. They gave me a phenomenally great discount on my weekly rate which allowed me to save money for other important things during that hard time. There was only one time were the car was not up to par if you will. There was some issues with the car. The screen kept reading errors but as soon as I came back and I let them know they compt me for the entire rental. Other than that, every single rental that I've had at this location has been phenomenal. The agents have always been very courteous, kind and thoughtful. The other location that I rented from was in Estero. They were equally as incredible. The only thing is they're not open on Sundays. The boy scout location is until noon. I can appreciate that. Five stars to Enterprise.
