  We had an excellent experience purchasing our new cargo van from Enterprise Car Sales, and we especially want to recognize Ashley Dahl for making the entire process such a positive one. Ashley was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with from beginning to end. This was an important purchase for us because the van will be a key part of launching our new mobile automotive service business, Your Automotive Concierge. Ashley understood how important the vehicle was to us and helped make the buying process straightforward and comfortable. We never felt pressured or rushed. Communication was excellent, our questions were answered clearly, and Ashley made sure we understood everything throughout the process. Buying a vehicle—especially one for a new business venture—can be stressful, but Ashley made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We are extremely happy with our 2023 Ram ProMaster 3500 High Roof EXT and excited to get it outfitted and on the road serving our customers.   After renting a car from Enterprise, Ashley Dahl offered to show me a vehicle that she thought would be perfect for me - and it WAS! With the help of Dylan and Ashley, the car loan was secured at my credit union. I got a great price and a great little 2024 Nissan! It was a great experience after losing my vehicle in a car accident!!! I highly recommend them and Enterprise!

  Taylor and Austin were the best !! Everyone should buy their cars from them, the moment we walked in taylor listened to us and understood what we wanted and delivered perfection ! It only took 2 visits and I love my car ! No problems with it. I would highly recommend getting you next car here ! And Marvin’s cool too 🩷

  This was my first time purchasing from Enterprise and I was pleasantly surprised. Coming from someone who dreads car shopping, this was a GREAT experience. Taylor was a treat to work with! She knew exactly what I was looking for and made sure to get me into my ideal SUV. Ashley was also great at connecting with me in a very timely manner after submitting my initial interest with Enterprise. The whole staff was extremely friendly and made this the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I would 10/10 recommend!!

  Very disappointing and unacceptable experience with Enterprise Car Sales in Fort Myers, Florida. I was working directly with Marvin, who told me that a Jeep Wagoneer would be held for me. Despite that representation, Marvin and the Fort Myers dealership allowed the vehicle to be sold to another customer because I was going to pay cash and the other person was going to finance, which according to them they would profit more off the sale and therefore they went ahead and sold the vehicle that was previously on hold for me. After that, Marvin, Taylor and the dealership told me they would help locate another Wagoneer. I selected another vehicle from the options they provided and paid a $1,000 deposit after being told the vehicle would be held for me. Only a few days later, Marvin contacted me and said that the vehicle was no longer available once again. When I requested the return of my $1,000 deposit, I spoke with Marvin and the store manager. Instead of addressing the situation professionally or explaining when my money would be refunded, both Marvin and the manager hung up on me. This conduct was completely unacceptable and destroyed my confidence in Enterprise Car Sales. I relied on the dealership’s promises and acted in good faith, but the Fort Myers location repeatedly failed to honor its commitments and then refused to properly address the issue. I strongly recommend anyone to avoid Enterprise Car Sales Fort Myers, and be extremely cautious before leaving a deposit. Based on my experience, either verbal or written assurances from this dealership cannot be trusted. If you really need a vehicle, go find it somewhere else. Go to Largo FL store and talk to Kevin, great experience all around!
