  This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Enterprise Car Sales in Ft Myers. Our sales person was Tayler Young and she was amazing. Her manager, Dylan Thomas was also very helpful. We recommend them to anyone that’s looking to buy a used car, with no hassle and with an easy in and out. If we are ever in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely be back.

  Purchased a car from Enterprise on August 4, 2026, a 2024 Chevy Malibu. The check engine light came on a week later to which I let my sales guy know. He advised I should take it to the shop since I had extended warranty. When I went to the shop, they diagnosed the vehicle but weren’t able to replicate the issues. 5 days later, I inquired about a rental car but was told I couldn’t get one because the warranty company wouldn’t authorize it due to them not being able to figure out what’s causing the check engine light to come on. I called Enterprise to ask about getting a rental. I was told by both managers it wouldn’t be authorized because it’s supposed to be covered by extended warranty. I reminded them that I’d only had the vehicle 3 weeks. Management argued that I’d need to consult with the shop because “… had they done their job, I wouldn’t be in this position.” I then reminded that ultimately if Enterprise had done their job, I wouldn’t be in this position either. Both Enterprise managers kept pushing the issue off on the shop and advising me that unless I was willing to trade in the car, there’s nothing they could do to help. Overall a poor experience. 0/10 would not recommend.. Ironically, the sales part was super easy but ever since giving enterprise my business, I’ve regretted it everyday. Their continued neglect to address this issue concerning an unreliable car they sold me is disgusting and ultimately a prime example as to why I normally buy new to begin with.
