He was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, It’s rare to come across someone who is so genuinely helpful and patient.   Jadon is awesome, my battery died and I had to jump my car - I drove over and Jadon from the rip was helpful greeted me at the door as I walked in and was happy to see I still had my original receipt from 1 year ago for my battery ! He looked me up in the computer and got me fixed up ! I highly recommend seeing Jadon if you need anything

  To anyone (but especially women) uncomfortable with, or intimidated by car maintenance, go straight to AutoZone on 41 & Gladiolus, and ask for John. A perfect gentleman, who met me exactly where I was (which was with limited knowledge on what I needed), yet he kindly and patiently explained all my options, and even loaned me a jumper kit to take home, so I could bring my car back and test the battery. On doing so, he realized that my battery had failed, and was still under warranty, but with another company. Rather than trying to sell me a new battery, he gave me directions to the competitor’s shop, to get my battery replaced at no charge. As soon as my next battery is needed, I’m heading straight back to John. And you should too! You’ll be met with the customer service of old - all delivered with a smile and warmth that is rare but true!!

  I had such a great experience at AutoZone store #4852, and I genuinely feel it deserves to be recognized—especially because of two standout employees: Jayden and Raymond. From the moment I walked in, both of them were incredibly friendly, approachable, and ready to help. What really sets them apart is their knowledge. They clearly know what they’re doing, and it shows in how confidently and thoroughly they answer questions. Not only do they give you the information you ask for, but they go above and beyond to make sure you fully understand everything—no rushing, no shortcuts, just real, helpful guidance. They made the entire experience smooth and actually enjoyable, which isn’t something you can say about every auto parts store visit. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism make a lasting impression, and it’s obvious they take pride in their work. Employees like Jayden and Raymond are rare—they’re the kind of people who keep customers coming back. They absolutely deserve recognition for the level of service they provide, and honestly, they’re more than deserving of a raise or promotion. Way to go, Jayden and Raymond—you guys are doing an amazing job!

  Being in customer service for over 5 decades. I've noticed in the past years how hard it is to get somebody that takes their jobs seriously. I had an issue with my alternator and I visited your store where a young lady by the name of Yalissa, helped me with a smile the entire time that I was there and was very informative and gave me all the information that I needed for my car. Even after finding out that I need a new alternator. Yalissa send me home with a smile. Make sure you don't lose this employee, they are rare nowadays.
