  I went to get new wiper blades for my mom’s car, and I’ve never experienced such great customer service at an Auto Zone before. Rich C. greeted me as I came in, helped me find the blades I needed, showed me the different options with the pros and cons, and even put them on for me. Thanks again!

  I live in Cape Coral Florida. There are many places I could go for parts needed for my car but I am willing to drive into Fort Myers, to this particular AutoZone because the customer service is outstanding! They are always so friendly, professional, and HONEST! Today I needed a new battery. Scott was the person who took care of me. He let me know that my battery was still under warranty with Wal-Mart. There were only a few months left on the warranty but there was no way I was going back there! Scott had my battery installed in no time and I was on my way! Ask for Scott if you are ever in this store! But I can also tell you, whoever you get there to help you, you’ll be in great hands!!! Thanks Scott for making the rest of my day!

  I had a very pleasant experience going to Auto Zone mainly due to an employee- KEVIN DIAZ. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable & helpful to me. I needed a few items, he looked them up on his computer making sure they would fit my vehicle. He went & got them for me. I didn't over-pay nor was I upsold, that I truly appreciate. Honesty, helpfulness, courtesy and efficiency, that's what I got with Kevin's help. 5 - Star 🌟 experience indeed!

  I want to give a huge shout out to Scott Frazer at the Fort Myers AutoZone! Scott installed a new auxiliary battery in my car at the end of June. It’s in a very tight spot under the glove box, and it was HOT outside!! I know he was sweating while working on it! Unfortunately, the battery turned out to be defective, so today I brought the car back - and it might’ve been even hotter today than in June, and Scott replaced the battery without a single complaint, just a smile and a great attitude. That kind of customer service is hard to find! It’s nice to know there’s someone you can trust to take care of you and stand behind the job. Thank you, Scott. I really appreciate you. Five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 all the way!

  I had genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto parts store thanks to Mr. John. H who helped me today. He told me he’s 70 years old and has six daughters, and I think his dad instincts immediately kicked in when he saw a young woman who clearly had no idea what she was looking for 😂 He went completely out of his way to help me, even checking my oil and taking the time to explain everything to me in a way I could actually understand. He was patient, respectful, and never once made me feel stupid for not knowing something. As a young woman, going into an auto parts store can honestly be intimidating, and I’ve had plenty of experiences where I’ve felt talked down to or pressured into buying things I didn’t need. He was the complete opposite. He never tried to sell me anything unnecessarily or pressure me into making a purchase — he genuinely just wanted to make sure I understood what my car needed and that I was taken care of. You could tell within minutes that he is just an incredibly kind person with a beautiful soul. It wasn’t just great customer service; it was genuine kindness, and that is something you don’t forget. AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have someone like him, and I truly hope he knows how much I appreciated his help today. Please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves! ❤️
