Lo vi en acción con otro cliente y su desempeño era igual, iba más allá de lo solicitado. Y sus compañeros de trabajo fueron personas muy agradables y serviciales también.

  Today I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Duralast battery from the Autozone on South Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers, FL. I was taken care of by a very pleasant sales associate by the name of Rich C. Rich greeted me with a smile, set, my nerves at ease, and made a few recommendations which I appreciated. Rich got under my car hood, took out my car battery, was very patient, and even engaged me in a conversation. I thank you again for your help Rich and thank you Autozone. I will return again.   I took my Dodge Charger in tonight, but my engine light came on and the gentleman named John was super helpful. Extremely kind he went above and beyond helping me out and explaining everything that I need to do, I really appreciate you John. Thank you so much. I’ll definitely always come to you when there’s anything wrong with my car again thank you John.

  Julissa was fabulous. I needed two air filters one for my engine one for the cabin. The cabin air filter was not in stock. She called another store and got it delivered in the time it took me to run out and get lunch. This was service on five stars. Not that then she came out and installed it for me show me how to install it. She was fabulous and I also needed a new battery for my car fob and she and Raymond another person who works here not put the battery off the shelf for me. They installed it on my keyboard. This is the kind of service that will have me coming back again and again and again.

  Needed a part for a Japanese import Honda odyssey. John went above and beyond when it came to the search. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience in all my years of part searching. John was happy to help, and when the first few were not the right pick he had no issue going back and forth until we found the perfect match. He even shared a few delicious cookies. I had to travel 45 minutes just to come to that particular store and John made every minute of the drive worth it. I’d go back, just to visit John! 5 stars 👌
