- NBNadine BrikhoApr 13, 20261.0After my friend and I landed at RSW, we went to go pick up the ford mustang convertible that I had booked weeks prior. The girl at the counter told us she just gave away the last mustang and her whole attitude did a 180, like she was preparing for a fight. She was so rude and unaccommodating. When I asked if anyone else might have a convertible she said “you can go check with Hertz but for OUR brands we don’t have one”. I asked the guy at Hertz who was so nice and more helpful than that girl at Alamo and he pointed me to Sixt, where I had the best experience with Nathan, who got me a BMW Z4 for an amazing price. I’ll never waste my time or money with Alamo again.
