⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5 Stars – Outstanding Customer Service!** I cannot say enough great things about Yvenel! While traveling, a tire blew out on our rental car during an 8-hour drive. What could have been a stressful and frustrating situation turned into an amazing customer service experience thanks to Yvenel. He truly went **above and beyond** from beginning to end. He took ownership of the situation, followed through on every detail, and made sure our claim was processed and approved. Even when the rental car company was hesitant to approve the claim, Yvenel didn't give up. He stayed on top of everything, advocated for us, and made sure we were taken care of. Because of his dedication and persistence, we were able to get back on the road and continue our long journey. **Yvenel is truly the BEST!** His professionalism, compassion, determination, and exceptional customer service deserve recognition. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares enough to see things through from start to finish. Thank you, Yvenel, for going the extra mile! You made a difficult situation so much easier, and we are beyond grateful. **10/10 service! Highly recommend!**

I came to this location after I had an unfortunate issue of running over a nail on the passenger side less than a month of when I originally planned to buy new tires all around as I drive very often and most times out of state. This was the closest location and I was assisted by Yvenel. He did his assessment, which was backed by the mechanics by his own due diligence that it wouldn't be able to be patched. He was very pleasant to deal with, gave me all the necessary information and put the ball in my court to make a decision without ever once being pushy and sales first. Ultimately he was able to give me a good deal on the new tire which was installed pretty quickly. He's a great asset to have on stsff and in comparison to other locations i have been, this is the most efficient. Easily recommended.

First of all, I’d like to give a big thankyou to Abby and Windell. I was having a rough day and on top of that I found myself with a huge nail in my tire hours before I had to be at work. This location was closest to me so I decided to risk making the trip over there. I’m glad I did. Abby and Windell listened to me explain my situation and quickly began the process of patching up my tire right away. Honestly it’s been a while since I’ve ran into someone (let alone 2 people!) that have treated me as kind and professional as this pair. I was in and out within the hour. Almost like it never even happened. Yvenel (the gentleman who patched my tire) did a great job as well. Very nice and professional young man. I will definitely be recommending this specific location to all my friends and family for any of their future tire repair needs. 10 out of 10 for customer service. I was lucky to meet this group of amazing workers!
