  I’m renting cars on monthly basis with Sixt and have worked with many locations across South Florida this one is by far the toughest experience! The customer service isn’t up to par, just like the condition of the cars they offer. If you’re a Platinum member, don’t count on upgrades they’re rarely available. In fact, in this location the more you spend the less you get. If you chat with the manager about how other locations offer better service to loyal customers who pay well, she might gently remind you that your rates are on the lower side. The one bright spot is Kerem she’s the only person there who makes the visit go smoothly if you get to work with her. I would drive an hour to the Coconut Creek location where they great customer service before ill drive 10 minutes to this location again.

  After a frustrating experience at another rental location, I was fortunate to be helped by Kerem, who completely turned things around. From the moment I arrived, she was very professional, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Kerem's outstanding customer service restored my confidence in the company and come back again! It's rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond for a customer, and I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and care she showed throughout the process. Thank you, Kerem, for making a difficult situation so much easier. Your excellent service made all the difference!

  We had an excellent experience renting from this company. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The pickup and return process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended!

  Oneyda A. Was definitely a lifesaver and helped save my daughter’s eight birthday SiDisney trip! When we had trouble in town getting a car, she was able to Cater to our needs and put us in a Extremely nice and clean car and showed us Service like you don’t see no more these days. I wanna see if I was able to speak to somebody. I would definitely say she deserves a raise. Shows me they’re still good people these days in this world🙌🏼

  I rented a car from sixth car rental from Fort Lauderdale Florida airport and when I returned my vehicle I had zero damages on my car and after the staff said I had no damages on my car after the walk around and said everything was good to go. The very next day I got a email saying I returned the vehicle with damages that are pretty obvious and now they are sending me a bill. I would not rent from this company and if you do make sure to take a video of the car after returning it.
