- DCDerek ChovanecOct 6, 20261.0Shady business practices. They do a bait and switch on the vehicle you rent. They give you a lesser vehicle than what you pay for. Im 2/2. The 1st time I let it slide. They also gave me a car that said 370 miles until empty. When i refilled it said 550 miles until empty. They short you on gas as well. So take a photo as soon as you get in the car of the gas level. Managenent was zero help.
- MSMason SellersSep 21, 20261.0Do NOT use this company. I have had a very bad experience with them. I rented a car from them and within 1 mile of driving it the check engine light comes on. I return the car immediately. Prior to this, I booked and paid for the car online. Paid for the car, insurance etc amounting to around $300. When getting the keys in hand, the sales associate told me I do not have coverage and if I’d like to get it. I told him I purchased it online. He says it came from an 3rd party and if something happened they would pay for the repairs straight from my bank account rather than the insurance company. Afterwards I got the insurance anyways to ease the mind for $100+ for just 3 days! After returning the car that had the check engine light I just wanted a refund. They told me I would get an email with a refund and never received it. Now I’m out nearly $300.
- JWJada WilliamsSep 16, 20265.0It’s been a while since I rented a vehicle and SIXT was bar far the best experience. From their customer service reps on line to their hospitable staff. I’d personally like to thank Evan (Westin Ftl Beach) for his amazing service. It’s good to know that hospitality is still around. He was polished and professional. Thank you sixt!
- OVOlivier Mathieu VALSAINTSep 15, 20265.0It was an amazing experience. Even delivered a wonderful customer service. He helped me find the car that I needed for this trip. I will definitely come back to this location for my next business trip.
