  I am writing this review to warn others to stay far away from this rental location. My experience here was nothing short of infuriating, characterized by blatant dishonesty and a complete disregard for the customer’s reservation. First, I had to wait at the counter before being acknowledged by a single employee. When I was finally assisted, I was told that the full-size sedan I had explicitly reserved was unavailable. Instead, the agent attempted to force me into a compact SUV, having the audacity to call it an "upgrade." Let me be crystal clear: I do not want an upgrade, I do not want anything for free, and I certainly will not be gaslit. A compact SUV is not an upgrade from a full-size sedan—it is a downgrade in size and comfort. It is insulting to any customer’s intelligence to suggest otherwise, and it is infuriating to be talked to as if I have never stepped foot in a rental car office before. The dishonesty was confirmed when the gentleman working at the counter next to us was clearly listing off a variety of available vehicle options to another party, while I was told the only car available was a Ford Escape. This vehicle is cheap, cramped, and entirely unsuitable for my needs. I expect the service provider to honor the contract of the vehicle class I reserved. When a company fails to do that and treats the customer with such condescension, they have no business operating in the hospitality industry. If you value your time and your reservation, look elsewhere.

  Very bad 2 rental experiences now. First they didn’t have the car I reserved so he was trying to upsell me. Second rental again tried to upsell me and charged over $1,000 extra without first stating the new total or clarification that the extra $40 was a daily extra. Then I received a car with expired decals on tag and made it seem that was ok. Branch manager contacted me and instead of admitting what they did was wrong, she kept excusing the employee and the expired registration, and applied 10% off for “wait time”.
