  I had a great experience at SIXT at FLL, and Norman deserves special recognition. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely good to go and taken care of before I left. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely made the rental process smoother. Great customer service like this really stands out. Thank you, Norman!

  Two-month rental. A friendly and knowledgeable employee [Evan] greeted us and got everything ready. The car was brought to me, and I drove off. It was so dirty that I thought they had forgotten to clean it. There were adhesive residues from the Sunpass on the windshield, and the seats were covered in sunscreen. I cleaned everything quickly because I was traveling alone with two small children. When the radio and Apple CarPlay didn’t work either, I drove back. Evan was there again and spoke with his manager. He said she would issue me a credit for the dirty car, and if I needed another car, I would have to drive to MIA Airport. So, all on my own initiative. No service. At MIA, I got another clean car. No hassle. A month later, I called the Westin to ask about the credit. The manager answered personally. She was subtly unfriendly. She tried to get a handle on the situation. Evan had supposedly noted that I didn’t like the car and wanted a different one. She said she knew nothing about a credit. After several back-and-forths, she said she would issue me a credit now. But she actually needed photos of it. Evan had seen it himself, after all! Three months later, I still haven’t received any money! Incompetent manager. It seems like she has no interest in customers and views them more as enemies. Rude, condescending, and not there for the customer! I don’t usually experience that with Sixt.

  Amazing experience every time! This is my preferred location whenever I need to rent a vehicle. Sixt consistently provides top-tier service. Ydalmis, Evan, and Guesly always go above and beyond, and they do it with a smile. Truly great customer service all around. Highly recommend them for any rental needs!
