  Amine at fll airport is one of the most outstanding SIXT agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. He went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free, answering every question with patience and making sure every detail was handled perfectly. His positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. If every SIXT representative were like Amine, customer service would be on another level. He deserves the highest recognition for the incredible job he does!

  This was the first time I’d ever rented a vehicle from SIXT, this location has incredible staff, great working with Lilly! She and the staff which I turned the vehicle in a few days later were wonderful. Vehicle was perfect upon receiving & function like a brand new vehicle the entire time. My flight changed and thus caused me to make a modification to the reservation. The phone staff were accommodating and it saved me hours with that 12 minute phone call. Highly recommend making a reservation with this Fort Lauderdale SIXT location. Great staff and great service.

  Jesse completely changed my experience. When I first arrived, I was dealing with an issue where I felt like Budget was trying to take advantage of me, and he stepped in right away. He took the time to listen, explained everything honestly, and made sure I was treated fairly. He never made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. Since it was my first time renting here, Jesse made the whole process easy and welcoming. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping instead of just getting me out the door. Employees like him are what make people want to come back. The first impression starts with the people, and Jesse set the standard. Because of how he handled everything, I left feeling valued and confident that I made the right choice. He deserves recognition for the outstanding customer service he provides.

  **Worst Experience Ever with a Rental Car Company** This was our first experience renting from Sixt, and it will definitely be our last! We picked up a vehicle at the Fort Lauderdale Airport and soon discovered that we hadn't just rented a car—we had apparently picked up some unwanted passengers as well. During our trip, we found the vehicle was infested with roaches. The situation became so bad that we were distracted trying to kill them while driving, creating a serious safety hazard and nearly causing an accident. Thankfully, after contacting Sixt, we were able to exchange the vehicle at Orlando International Airport for a clean replacement that was free of any creepy crawlies. While the overall customer service experience was disappointing and frustrating, I do want to recognize one young man who was extremely helpful. He assisted us promptly, expedited the vehicle exchange process, and helped us get back on the road so we could continue our trip. Unfortunately, one helpful employee could not make up for the overall experience. Receiving a vehicle in that condition was unacceptable, and the poor customer service we initially encountered only added to our frustration. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and we will never rent from Sixt again. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  We have rented from Sixt twice and have had amazing experiences with their team. They are professional and thorough. Jade and Mr. Patterson at their FLL store were particularly amazing at pick up. They were personable and quickly addressed a couple of concerns that I had. On top of this, their cars are top of the line and affordable. I have to add that at drop off, I neglected to grab an item before heading to the terminal. Once at the gate I realized that I had left the item. Thankfully, the airport is small enough that I was able to go back to the rental area and ask for their team to look for it. I told them that my flight was in 40 minutes and they quickly retrieved the item and brought it back to me. I made my flight!!! Overall, I am very impressed with the FLL Sixt team. They work well together and are focused on quality customer service - a lost art. With service like this, Sixt will maintain my loyalty for quite some time.
