  We scheduled an appt to replace a 1993 Volvo windshield, this vehicle info was entered, they cancelled saying we have to bring vehicle in. Ok great, we booked an in person appt and they cancelled day before saying we only we work on vehicles 2009 and later. Couldn't tell us that when we booked the first time nevermind the second time! You had two opportunities to tell us that. To top it off, they quoted us a price based off vehicle info! Terrible communication.

  Jack and Willi were fantastic. Willi explained that the top molding on my Toyota FJ Cruiser was old and somewhat damaged, and there was a chance it might not stay in place perfectly. However, when I picked up the vehicle, the work exceeded my expectations. The molding looks so good that it honestly appears factory installed, just like it came from the dealership. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made for an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass.

  Book an appointment with Safelite to come and change my windshield, they came with the wrong glass. Rescheduled waited two weeks for a next appointment, after waiting two weeks for the windshield, two day after installation came out my job to see this. Contacted safelite warranty department, they telling me I got to wait a next week again. I hope the water damage something.

  I recently had my wife's 2025 Nissan Armada front windshield replaced, which is NOT easy. It requires full recalibration and other camera setup. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, Safelite made it incredibly easy and stress-free. Our technician, Zuriel (Z for short), was outstanding! He went above and beyond his responsibilities by coming directly to my wife's school where she teaches, which saved us a huge amount of time and hassle. He was punctual, professional, and kept us fully informed every step of the way with clear communication. The installation was perfect; clean, precise, and done with obvious care and expertise. Z truly took pride in his work and made sure everything was just right.   I called on Friday regarding a leak from my windshield. Customer service told me that the repair would be covered under warranty. Since I have a heavy workload and couldn't go to the store, they scheduled a technician to come to my job site on Monday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM to inspect the issue. By 11:30 AM, I had not received a call, text message, or any update. When I called customer service, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled because I needed to bring the vehicle into the store instead. They told me they had sent an email, but I don't understand why they only sent an email. They should have called or texted me to explain the situation, especially since I had arranged my schedule around this appointment. I am very dissatisfied with how this service was handled. I even called again at 4:30 PM and received no answer. The lack of communication and poor customer service was extremely frustrating.
