Safelite was extremely easy to book through, their website being super intuitive and quick to navigate. Our technician, Manny, was communicative and friendly, arriving punctually and finishing the work in rapid fashion though never without apparent care. My small children were actually enthralled watching his work through the window, and the job itself was done exceptionally well. I would highly recommend Safelite to anyone! Thanks Manny!!

Zero starts!!! Very disappointing experience with Safelite. I had an appointment scheduled to have my car window glass replaced between 12 PM and 5 PM. I spent my entire afternoon waiting, but no one showed up. There was no communication or update whatsoever about the appointment. If there was a delay or an issue, I should have been informed instead of being left waiting for five hours. This was a huge waste of my time and extremely frustrating. I do not recommend Safelite. 👎

The service was great. Manny, my technician arrived a few minutes before 4pm. I had an estimate window of between 4 and 6 which was perfect for my schedule. When he arrived my car wasn't at home and he assured me it was okay and waited patiently. The vehicle came about 10-15 mins later and he got to work. Within 40mins he was all done, gave instructions and thanked us for choosing safelite. He did a great job. Thank you.

Very disappointed in safelite in general i booked an appointment for friday to fix the back rear glass of my vehicle which is completely broken/cracked due to the weather and I talked to a customer service rep to schedule for friday the 25th and I made sure to let the representative know how to select the earliest time possible which would be between 8-12 she ended up putting my vehcile the last on the route. The technician called me at 5:15pm saying taht he had aa house before us and could not service my vehicle. I cant blame the technician entirely because he probably was given a heavy work load which falls on safelite for not assigning correctly. I can't get my vehicle serviced until next week which puts me in extreme stress due to lack of transportation. My father recently had a heart attack and the vehicle helps us get our family duties done and now i am at a loss on what to do. The technician said his supervisor was supposed to schedule an appointment for the following week i have yet to recieve an email so i scheduled it myself. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service for such a popluar company you guys dropped the ball completely.

The girls at the front desk are great but I had someone come out to my house and he did a 15 minutes rush job and it was leaking so I took it back to them and had them redue it and I just had the windshield tinted well apparently when they took the windshield out they popped the glass and that's on me and they said oh well about it and it's not there issues and they don't cover windshield tint well maybe there guy should have been more careful because that was a brand new windshield they just installed it was a month old and he broke it if it was done right the 1st time we wouldnt be haven't to re seal it for a 2nd time I would not come here it truly is a wast of time and money the guys are over loaded and over worked by far so they have to rush I'm lucky my car did not suffer any serious water damage because it was pissing water inside the car it had a lake on the passenger side floor board I got very lucky there wasn't a computer there in my 2011 bmw 135i that would have been an electrical nightmare
