  Just wanted to send an email to highlight one of your employees. Pierline from Ft. Lauderdale Airport in Florida was so helpful in resolving an issue we had with a rental car. Long story short we picked up a car in Orlando and drove down to Miami to visit family. The car had issues and we were directed to Ft. Lauderdale by customer service agent. Upon arrival we were told there weren’t any available suvs that matched what we originally had. We were told we had to wait 2-3 hours. We ended up walking to a helpdesk where Pierline went above and beyond and made sure we had a replacement SUV and were on our way in less than 20 minutes! No one else from Alamo or Enterprise were remotely helpful, but she was amazing and so helpful. I wish everyone had the pleasant nature about them like Pierline! Rental Agreement Number: 477267630

  Service was great after hours early in morning as I could not locate vehicle class I had booked among the parked cars. They quickly washed and pulled in a brand new Jeep Grand Wagoneer with 73 odd miles on odometer. Vehicle was comfortable to drive albeit was a base model (would have loved to have a moonroof). Easy pick up and return just like Enterprise - price was lower compared to Avis and others surprisingly as well which is a welcome bonus. From my personal experiences over the years with pickup, drop off, different vehicle classes available and customer service especially in FLL airport, I will always book through Enterprise/National. If you’re on the fence, give them a try. I would highly recommend.

  I recently rented an SUV from National Car Rental from June 25 through June 29, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making both the pickup and return process quick and hassle-free. The SUV was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my trip. It's refreshing to receive such great service, and the team made the entire rental experience smooth and enjoyable. I appreciate their professionalism and would definitely rent from National again. Highly recommended!

  I rent from national rental car almost every month for travel, I had a premium SUV reserved however when I got to airport they gave my premium SUV away to a customer that had a reservation for a full size so they gave my reservation away to upgrade someone else reservation when I was on time for my reservation and thankfully they was honest with me regarding the giveaway of my reservation but it still created a 1 hour delay because I had to wait for them to bring my premium SUV, which was unacceptable

  The Jeep Wagoneer we rented had a problem with the lift gate. Wouldn’t stay shut. A known flaw with Jeep. I contacted National roadside assistance. They instructed their people to come pick us up and return the vehicle to the point of rental at Ft Lauderdale airport . It’s was 4 hours away. We really want it swapped out. Wouldn’t do it. Next day we contacted customer service again and said we could exchange in Key West. National never called back to help us. At return in Ft Lauderdale airport after strapping the lift gate shut, the manager did discount the rental. They were nice , but roadside and customer support need some retraining
