  Replaced the wrong tire and broke my wheel emblem on the tire they weren’t supposed to replace and then told me that it was the wrong piece and didn’t fit my car which makes no sense because it is from the factory and has been on my car for over a year with no problem till they removed it and left me to fix it then when I went to pay, they tried to charge me an extra $45 from what they originally quoted me. Lastly the tire they did give me has blueish stuff all over it.

  NEGLIGENT PERFORMANCE. Went there for them to remove nail from tire. While performing the job, worker broke my Audi box containing my tire locks (also noticed scratches on my rims when I got home and replacement valve caps from who knows where that did not match the ones I arrived with). I informed manager about broken box who told me he would get me a replacement and keep me informed. I would've taken a discount on service for my damaged property, but said sure. Significant time has passed and I have heard nothing from manager who apparently is on a month long vacation. Went to shop for update and person in charge had no clue about what I was talking about. So I doubt this manager has/is following through on what he promised. Gladly will remove post if box replaced, but this shop has already shown me they perform negligent work/have no care for the goods of customers and will mislead you with the hope you'll forget about their mistakes. Go somewhere else.

  EDIT: I changed the rating from 3 to 4 stars to reflect my updated opinion. Seems they fixed their system issue and were able to print the paperwork, but they never sent it to my email, so I went back and picked it up. They did send pictures of the paperwork to my wife's email, but that wasn't what we agreed on, and they should have sent a PDF of it. I don't know how they would react to pictures of the paperwork if I ever needed proof of purchase for the 50,000 mile warranty, so that's why I went back for the paperwork. ALL of that said, I would definitely buy tires from them again. The people were friendly, the prices were reasonable, and they did good, and quick work. ORIGINAL POST: The only reason they don’t get a better rating is, their system was broken down and they couldn’t print the paperwork when I picked up my car. I paid for a 50,000 mile warranty for 4 tires but not sure how they will respond since I don’t have the paperwork. They said they’d send it to my email when it was fixed, but it’s 2 days later and I haven’t heard from them.

  Arrived at 5:45 pm. They quoted me a fair price to patch my tire. Car was ready at 6:30 and they ended up charging me 1/2 of the original quote. That kind of honesty is rare in this day and age. The shop itself is clean with comfortable chairs and a kids play area. Service was very friendly. Highly recommend!

  I’m really disappointed because I originally had a very good experience with this Mavis location. They replaced my tires previously and the service was great, which is actually why I decided to start bringing my car here instead of Pep Boys. Unfortunately, my experience with the mechanical repairs was completely different. In September 2025, I spent a significant amount of money here on repairs including control arms, brakes/rotors, alignment and other work. Shortly afterward, my car developed clunking/knocking and vibration, and I had to return. More work was performed, including engine, transmission and torque mounts and sway bar components. The vibration improved for about a month, but then came back. By that point I honestly did not feel comfortable returning again. On my previous visits, I started feeling like the staff’s reaction was basically, “Oh, you’re back again,” and as a customer who had already spent thousands of dollars, that was a very uncomfortable feeling. I eventually took the car to AAMCO. Their mechanic told me the parts that had been installed were inexpensive/generic parts, and they recommended replacing the mounts with Mopar parts because they preferred not to use generic components for this repair. I ended up paying again to address work that I had already paid Mavis to perform. Thankfully, after that repair, the vibration problem was resolved. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’m still experiencing some clunking/rattling, and after this experience I simply don’t have confidence in the other work that was done—brakes, rotors, suspension components, etc. I also don’t have the money to immediately have another shop inspect and potentially redo everything. I understand that cars can have multiple problems and that no repair shop can guarantee every diagnosis will be perfect. My issue is that I spent a lot of money, returned multiple times, eventually had to pay another shop to redo part of the work, and no longer felt welcomed when I came back with continuing concerns. I really wanted to continue being a customer here because my first experience with the tires was excellent, but after this experience I won’t be returning.
