Had a great experience at Mavis! Tom and Sam were extremely helpful and took great care of me. They helped me out with my radiator, coolant, and air filter and made sure everything was taken care of properly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Really appreciate the great customer service. Definitely recommend asking for Tom and Sam.

I had an amazing experience with Yom and Sam at Mavis on federal Hwy and n. 33rd court in Fort Lauderdale. Tom and the staff at this store are TRUE PROFESSIONALS! Extremely knowledgeable and carry a lifetime of REAL experience!
They fixed a horrible balance job I got at a nearby Tire Kingdom where that manager refused to do what was needed to solve my trouble. Tom summed it up in 2 seconds and SOLVED my trouble immediately.
These guys work on some of the finest cars in South Florida, but still took the time to help me out. I can't praise them highly enough. It's RARE to find a shop this good!
Worth the drive from anywhere!
But they are busy and VERY POPULAR... you'll probably want to make an appointment.

Had a seized caliper on my suv day before leaving on a pre booked flight. Looked around trying to find someone, anyone that could get me in last minute. Every place told me the quickest they could do it was after the weekend which I couldn’t do because my flight was on Sunday. Was at wits end. And then luckily by chance I called who I can now call my new friends at Mavis. I called and explained my situation to Tom. And his response was very simple….: “ I understand your circumstances. Bring the car to us Saturday morning and we’ll take care of you”. My anxiety kinda left for a moment. But I was still a bit skeptical. Could I trust these people that I have not even met yet? Would they really be able to get it done on time?
And then Saturday morning I met Tom and Sam. And all I felt was relief.
There were plenty of other vehicles ahead of me when I arrived at 8 am. But in just a short conversation I knew that these men would get it done. They sent me home went through an inspection and called me and explained in detail all that needed to be done. This was 11:30 am. I again asked if it would still be done on time. And again their answer was short and simple. “ we will take care of you. Don’t you worry”
Tom said my car would probably be ready by close of business at 6 pm. I think he could hear the frustration in my voice that I was trying to get it back sooner. Somehow someway Tom and Sam and their crew worked their magic. And then I get a phone call 2 1/2 hours after the touched my car.
“Come get your car and be on your way!”
Couldn’t believe it. Everybody else pushed me off until midweek. These guys knew my circumstances and did their best to help and got me all set.
