I was taken care of by a gentleman by the name of Sam. Another tire store told me that I had a puncture on my sidewall of my tire and needed a very expensive new tire. Sam had my tire checked out and found out that it was not on the sidewall after all and that it was an easy patch at a reasonable price. I appreciate the honesty of the store and of Sam and the great care that was taken and servicing me. I give it very high recommendation

I am a returning costumer and in both cases it was a tire issue. My tire was leaking air based on tire monitoring system. I came to Mavis in Ft Lauderdale, Coral Ridge to find out what is causing the issue. Tom, the Manager showed to me that there was a screw in the side wall on the inside of the tire and it can’t be fixed. We ordered the tire and the next day it was replaced. Sam in the front desk took care of me and made the effort as simple as possible. The price of the tire was competitive. Actually, Mavis was $5 lower than Pep Boys. I recommend Mavis based on their performance and professional dealing with a costumer.

Great service particularly by the older gentleman at the counter! Over 2 hr wait but they looked to make haste. One of the employees even showed me components of my vehicle once the wheels were removed which I appreciate. Only reason for lacking one star is because when calling to reserve a time, the call center has no regard for the individual location's availability. Therefore, there's pretty much no need to book an appointment because you will have to wait regardless :-(
