  Staff was unprofessional. When the vehicle malfunctioned a couple of days into the month long rental term, despite traveling to an airport location (MIA Miami International) a lesser vehicle class was the only option despite being charged for a higher price class vehicle. I've been a reward member with Enterprise for nearly 20yrs and despite being at their highest tier rewards I've never, not once, been offered an upclass replacement or reservation. This wasn't a one time issue. Our company spends millions each year on rental cars. I've been in an Enterprise rental, month to month, for years now. Every 30 days I get to be disappointed by their fleet and staff. To my minds eye, Covid completely changed their corporate culture.

  I had a such good experience with Enterprise Rent-a-car! They got me the best price and really good car. The customer service is on top here! Would recommend getting your car with them if you are in Miami for a trip

  Enterprise had us go out of our way to get a new car due to break lights on, told us after we got to the location there wasn’t any other vehicles that would fit our family and told us to drive the vehicle unsafely with our kids in the car for the rest of our trip. This was the 1st of February. Since then my husband and I have been calling and chatting with enterprise at least once a month being told our call would be returned about our dreadful experience and it hasn’t been. I even asked for a corporate number due to not getting a return call from calling the help desk AND this location and still no manager call back which is who they keep saying we need to talk to. If you care about your family’s safety and a company who is willing to make things right don’t go here. About 6 call back requests later and telling our story even more times without a care for a call back is terrible.
