My experience was great, everything went smoothly most of all the customer service that was provided by Nate Gedeus at the Fort Lauderdale branch. Thanks Nate.

Makayle was phenomenal. It was the most quick and painless process I have ever had with car rentals. The car was spotless and beautifully managed. I absolutely recommend this location, and if you get Makayle, you are in great hands!

I am extremely disappointed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. When we reached out for assistance with an issue, the customer service was awful. The representatives are rude on the phone and dismissive of our concerns. We have been trying to get this resolved since February—despite full payment having been made—and no one has taken ownership or attempted to help us. Each call is met with bad attitudes and a total lack of empathy. I strongly advise avoiding this Enterprise location.

Ive rented a car here about 5 times in the last year. I honestly dont know why I keep going back to this branch. My husband works across the street so its more convenient but theres always an issue with our reservation. The cars are also always rushed thru a cleaning process as well. One time I found medication in the back of a vehicle at the location when we were doing a walk thru at pick up while i was installing my sons car seat. And it sucks that we have these experiences because my husband ALWAYS sends them clients. Almost daily. They either dont have the vehicle requested AND always give us something smaller than we reserved.. Friday my husband was off so we took a 35 min uber for them to tell us the car wasn't available... we had to make last min adjustments with our family, it was really inconvenient. If they knew the car wasn't available for the reservation, a courtesy call would have been the right thing to do so we can find another solution with another location or rental company.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Nick Gedeus who assisted me with my rental. He was kind, friendly and the made the ease of renting a vehicle very comforting. I had no issues from the beginning to the end whatsoever. I also had the pleasure of working with Becca when returning my vehicle. She was kind and made the process swift and easy. I will definitely be returning back for all of my rentals with this location. Thank you for the spectacular customer service.
