  Car was great, we truly enjoyed it. They had premium version of a mustang with good speakers and leather interior not the cheapest one. We had a small misunderstanding, and I was a bit nervous next day but lady who is a manager was calm and offered solution that worked for both us. Overally I would rent again from here

  I’ve always went with enterprise because of their inventory and customer service. This last trip I didn’t not experience it at this location. I was given a car that was not safe for my family. I was told to go 4 hours out of my way for a replacement car, but they didn’t have a replacement vehicle for me out of the 600 cars at the airport when I got there. My wife and I have called multiple times for the last few months with no result/call back. Matt at this location said he will have the manager contact me back with in 24 hrs(3 weeks ago). Still no response. I feel that enterprise is disregarding my experience and don’t want to come to a resolution on the matter. I would stay away from this location at least, because your experience doesn’t matter and they don’t car for your safety or your value.

  Won’t be using them again. Poor service! We waited for over an hour for our car rental. They were apparently getting the car from the airport? Arrived at 12:15pm and still sitting her at 1:18. Would not recommend!

  They got me a car when I needed it. Lower stars because the person who checked me out at the car said to “ignore” the pop up for oil change due, and that they have a mileage in their computer they go by. I did some driving and then I was seeing the warning coming up and so I went to O’Reilly’s who checked the oil level- close to out. I was going to be driving a lot and I was not okay driving a car with a possible breakdown due to no oil. This location was willing to risk a brand new car 2026 with 7500 miles on it getting engine damage as they did not add oil prior to renting it out. Not good. When I complained to the branch employee they said if the oil was actually out a no oil light would come on- why would I wait for this to come on. The customer care line said I should contact roadside assistance if I have an oil issue. Why not just get me a car that has oil in it instead of wasting my time? I went to the West Palm Beach airport where I was at the time and got a different car which was much better. The service there was great.

  Employees weren't fully up front or did not understand my questions while signing up for the car but once all things were straightened out which did not take long it ended up big a very wonderful experience we'll see about the bill may have to add more comments
