  We had the pleasure of being assisted by Adriel Azucey. It was a holiday weekend and very busy. There was a line of rude customers all in front of us giving Adriel such a difficult time. The amount of patients they tested, I personally would’ve had to snap. But not Adriel. He remained professional and courteous to the rude customers. Just speaks a lot on this specific individual. We appreciate you making our experience as easy as possible!

  As Broward Bucket List, we work with hundreds of businesses across South Florida every year, and we never have left a negative review. Unfortunately, our experience with the Enterprise location in Sunrise, specifically with Manager Kate Sarantino, was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We rent vehicles from Enterprise on a regular basis, typically through the Downtown Fort Lauderdale location. On this occasion, because the downtown location was closed, we followed instructions and dropped the vehicle off at the Sunrise. We have documentation, including our Lyft receipt, confirming the drop-off time. Despite having proof that the vehicle was returned on time, we were incorrectly charged for an additional day. Mistakes happen, and we completely understand that. What was unacceptable was how the situation was handled. When I called to explain what happened, Kate interrupted me before I could even finish a sentence, told me to “call the other location,” and IMMEDIATELY hung up the phone on my face. Rather than showing any willingness to help resolve an issue that was clearly worth looking into, she was dismissive, impatient, and unnecessarily rude. The call ended with her hanging up on me. When I called back to try to resolve the matter, it became even more disappointing. Instead of acting like a manager looking to solve a customer’s problem, it felt as though my calls were being intentionally ignored simply because she recognized my number. Leadership is measured by how you handle problems, not when everything goes smoothly. A manager should be willing to listen first, investigate second, and provide solutions whenever possible. At no point did I feel heard or respected. This experience does not reflect the excellent service we’ve consistently received from the Downtown Fort Lauderdale Enterprise team, they are phenomenal, I can’t say enough about them and they will continue to have our business. However, we will never rent from the Sunrise location again. If Enterprise values customer service and leadership, I sincerely hope this experience is reviewed internally. Customers can forgive mistakes. They rarely forget how they’re treated.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I truly appreciated their efficiency and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for reliable transportation and outstanding service.

  To be honest, we were not thrilled with the car presented initially. (It wasn't bad, but we weren't comfortable in it.) But the young man attending to us helped us find an agreeable option without a rate increase. We found a car we felt comfortable and safe driving. (They have many makes and models, which helped.) This made us feel much better, and gave us a far more favorable experience. Thank you!

  This is absolutely the worst Enterprise location I have ever dealt with. I used to rent here regularly, but after today’s experience, I was quickly reminded why I stopped. I had a reservation scheduled and traveled all the way to this location, only to be told upon arrival that they could not verify my address. The most frustrating part is that I was supposed to be traveling out of town for a funeral, and this completely disrupted those plans. What makes this even more disappointing is that I experienced a similar issue in the past, but another Enterprise location contacted me before I arrived. That simple courtesy gave me the opportunity to provide the necessary documentation and avoid wasting my time. This location offered no such communication. Customer service seems to be a consistent problem here. A quick phone call before my arrival could have prevented this entire situation. Instead, I was left stranded and scrambling at the last minute during an already difficult time. Unfortunately, this location has had service issues for quite some time, and today’s experience only reinforced why I chose to stop renting from them.
