  The lady at the rental office was pleasant and professional and we were in the car and off in no more than 10 minutes.

  Came in for my reservation and Jordan was professional and very helpful with the process he provided fast and efficient, customer service. When returning the vehicle the process was easy and quick. Thanks again Jordan for your assistance.

  I had a really rough week after being involved in a car accident && everyone at this Enterprise made such a stressful situation so much easier. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind from start to finish. They were also amazing when it came to answering the phones, which honestly makes such a difference. I accidentally left my garage sticker in the rental, and every single time I called, someone answered and was helpful. I’ve dealt with other rental companies before where it was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when you finally did, the customer service wasn’t great. That was definitely not the case here at enterprise. As amazing as everyone was, I hope I never have to come back under these circumstances 😂 but if I ever need another rental or know anyone who does, I will 100% recommend this Enterprise in Fort Lauderdale. Thank you all for making a really difficult week a little easier!

  Terrible communication regarding vehicle return times. I went there only because Chevy sent me to pick up a rental car while mine was being repaired, but when you pick up the car, they don't tell you anything about insurance or ID cards, nor exactly when you have to return it. A man just said, "You have to pay a $50 deposit," "Sign here," "Here are the keys," and "Bring it back in 10 days." Terrible communication. They also charge a gas-refilling fee, yet on top of that, you have to return the car with a full tank. Terrible communication; I will never come back here.
