  I had a great experience with Enterprise. The team was extremely responsive, efficient, and friendly. I had an issue with my rental, and within an hour they brought me another car to exchange it. They made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend!

Katelyn assured an Impeccable Experience she suited me in the perfect car for my specific needs what an amazing vacation im having all due to the expert care provided by Jonathan he's the reason I initially chose this location Jonathan is Courteous Knowledgeable and Attentive serving in Excellence! Francesca is Absolutely Remarkable she is Professional Efficient and guarantees perfection! The manager maintains Exceptional quality and satisfaction.   From beginning to end possibly the worst rental experience I've had with Enterprise. The attendant wanted to put me in a Versa that was dirty, with cigarette burns in the back seats, and had a bad tire sensor. He then decided a Sentra nearby would be better. These photos and video are from the Sentra. The irony of this being a non-smoking car is hilarious. I didn't even use the car for the full contracted time because it was gross. I had to turn it in early and ended up using my bike. The service attendant I turned the car into saw me taking photos of the interior and asked if all was "good". Once I filled him in on my experience he said that he would add some free points to my account to compensate. Didn't receive the points, and I didn't get a discount on the filthy car. The entire team seems like they don't care at all about the cars on the lot and the cleaning team is obviously not being managed to an expectation level that would've avoided this. Overall, I would not go to this particular Enterprise ever again. 3 rude employees, and 1 nicer employee at the very end that didn't follow through with what he offered as compensation. I can only hope people see this review before they make a decision to bring their business to this location.

  I had a great experience at this enterprise Darcy, Kate and Jordan were very friendly and helpful, making the process very smooth for check in and check out. I only spent about 10 minutes at the facility and I was on my way. The car was ready, clean and perfect for a four day trip. Will definitely come again whenever in Fort Lauderdale!
