  Terrible experience with Kenny. I can understand being busy and having to take care of business by yourself but customer service is not a strength of his. Even if a customer is being unpleasant, you just have to be professional. Kenny lacks professionalism at all levels. Hopefully he can turn it around as he deserves a second chance.

  Your associate Martina D. made the process of renting a car very pleasant. She is a great asset to the business. A real people person. The branch manager, Kenny was also very helpful. And also the older gentleman that cleans the cars was very personable. Thanks to all of them who made my experience a very pleasant one!
