  Very kind gentleman at the front desk, super fast process, in and out. He took care of me so enterprise will definitely get my business from now on. Huge shoutout to Ryan, he made my not so great day into a fantastic one. He got me into a car that I can comfortably fit in. This dude runs the show while checking people in, he definitely deserves a raise.

  I deleted my past review which was originally 1 star due to negligence. The only reason I am writing another is because of Ryan. He was a great help and made your business look really good. He helped us with a dead key fob and overall was very professional and friendly. His customer service was A++. Give this guy a raise. Thank you Ryan, you are the best

  The staff here are so delightful to work with, I'm never renting cars from anywhere else again! Ryan and his team are always friendly, informative, and helpful every step of the process. I've rented cars for multiple reasons several times a year for the last decade, and I've never had such positive experiences like I did with this gentleman and his team. Thanks again, Ryan!

  Everything was easy, smooth and everyone I interacted with was helpful and courteous, specially Martina, Ryan, Maxim and Belijah. My insurance indicated Enterprise but now will choose them whenever I need a rental no matter the circumstances.

  Max Francois at SR7 Enterprise Gunther Mazda (location in Fort Lauderdale, FL) was absolutely fantastic to deal with. From the moment I arrived, he made everything feel easy and taken care of. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely went the extra mile, which you don’t always find. What could have been a stressful situation—a small claim from a pebble hitting my windshield—was handled seamlessly. The process was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free. I especially appreciated how efficiently my Jeep was swapped for the same model with no delays at all. I will truly miss Max at the SR7 location, as the 11th of April was his last day there and he is now moving to Miami Lakes. Thank you so much again, Max—I really appreciate your help!
