  Wendjy didn’t just make my day... he made my entire week unforgettable. Honestly, he gave me a memory I’ll carry for a lifetime. I needed a rental car so I could travel to see my daughter graduate college, one of the proudest moments of my life, and this man treated me like absolute royalty from start to finish. He made me feel like a rockstar walking a red carpet instead of someone just picking up a car. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care he showed are so rare these days. If every customer service experience were like this, the world would run a whole lot smoother. And no, I’m not getting paid to write this review. I’m writing it because exceptional people deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Wendjy, for being part of such a special moment in my life. 🌟 Special shout out to Winston as well! I miss that Mustang already 🖤

  I decided to rent a car from Enterprise at Fort Lauderdale on May 12th. Although my flight was late the nicest lady name Yola helped me so much and took a really good care of me! She was kind and explained everything in detail and gave good advices as well! She also upgraded my car for free since she knew I’ll be driving highways. Thank you so much for such a good care! Everything was smooth and the car was running great. Everything was clean and we’ll taken care of! Thank you again, especially for an amazing employee- Yola!

  Absolutely amazing experience! Moving forward, I fully intend to only rent with enterprise at the airport whenever possible. This was my first time using enterprise. The entire experience was smooth and effortless from start to finish. I booked online directly via enterprise. I selected a mid size suv style. I was able to confirm that I still wanted to rent a vehicle the day before. I landed in FLL, walked to the car rental area in Terminal 1, bypassed the line because that’s how my reservation was set up. I showed the rep in the garage/parking lot my reservation, and he expressed that I could select any vehicle in category 1. The keys were already in the car. There was a wide variety of cars to choose from. When I drove out of the garage, the rep at the gate checked my reservation and briefly explained the return details. On the day of return, I followed the signs to get to the car rental return/drop off, was directed into a parking spot with ample room to open the doors and remove luggage as needed. There were trash bins next to each area to empty anything into them as needed. A rep came over to greet me with a few moments, asked if I wanted the receipt emailed to me, and wished me a safe flight. Before I even got to the TSA security line, I already got the receipt from enterprise that everything was good to go and there were no additional charges. 10/10, totally recommend!!

  I am quite surprised to observe a 4.5-star rating, as my experience with this company has been exceptionally unsatisfactory. I've been using them now for close to five years, but these past three months have been really unpleasant. Let's just start off with this first time that I've gone to the airport, and it was just to exchange a vehicle. I was told that it wouldn't be an issue, and I called ahead of time at corporate just to confirm that they had the same vehicle. I was on the phone with them for close to 45 minutes. I was coming down from Miami, and they stated that, yes, they had the same vehicle or something similar. to it, but it was what I was driving, which was a compact SUV. The reason why I was exchanging it was because the seats were stained. Long story short, they Wanted to give me a Malibu, too small. Dan, who is the manager, was really rude and unpleasant. Didn't want to help whatsoever. He shouldn't be a manager. So I don't know why he has that position, but hopefully this review incorporates and looks at the video. He was telling me that he wasn't scared. And I was like, "Why would you be scared? I just want to change my car." But anyway, I ended up leaving. I called again. The corporate office told me that they were going to reimburse me some money and send me an email, but I haven't received anything yet. Oh, and mind you, I'm a gold member, so what do you think? Is it time to go to another company? Yes, sir. I hope this helps someone, and thank you for reading.k 🙏👍

  I have rented from Enterprise for years! This is the first time I have ever experienced anything as disgusting as this! I arrived at the FLL airport after my cruise to pick up a car to river back to Maryland. We stopped at a restaurant stop in South Carolina and went I opened the passenger side door - to get my daughter out - I see ROACHES crawling on the floor!!!! I call enterprise and they tell me to exchange it at a local agency. Luckily one was 10 miles away from the rest stop. We arrived 15 mins before closing. It took over an hour to exchange the car and then we were in our way. I shook the stroller out to make sure (as much as I could) that we weren’t bringing roaches with us and a roach fell out of the stroller!!!! I was scratching the whole drive to Maryland! I then had to purchase roach spray, boric acid and detergent to clean everything and ensure I wasn’t bringing any roaches into my house!! My luggage and all the items in the car are currently in construction sized trash bags in my shed!!!!!! What happened to the commitment to cleanliness!!!!! I still cant believe it!!! I returned the car immediately- a day early and requested a call and a refund! They told me that the Florida location had to respond - no one has contacted me yet! Beware if renting for the Fort Lauderdale airport- it’s dark and hard to see - but clearly they have cars with roaches!!!!
