  Excellent experience picking up my rental car. The entire process took less than ten minutes, and the customer service was outstanding. The representative who helped me went above and beyond. She took the time to explain that the rental coverage I purchased through Expedia didn’t provide full bumper-to-bumper protection and recommended the Enterprise protection plan so I fully understood my options before making a decision. I really appreciated her honesty and willingness to explain everything clearly rather than simply rushing through the paperwork. When I was picking up the car I asked for suggestions and the guy at the parking lot explained to me the best option from the 4 SUVs they had at the time. One helpful note for future renters: the listed address (600 Terminal Dr Ste 202, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315) wasn’t very accurate for navigation. Simply follow the Rental Car Center signs at the airport, and you’ll arrive at the correct location without any issues. Overall, the pickup was quick, smooth, and professional. A great start to our trip—thank you for the excellent service!

  This FLL office of Enterprise doesn't have what you want and they don't care! We flew into FLL on a Saturday night & went to pick up our reserved sedan. Nearly all of their cars were out, leaving very few to choose from. The only one in our range stunk of cigarettes, so they "upgraded" us to a hybrid SUV. The SUV never should have left the lot because of a severe front suspension issue. There were loud CLUNKS I could feel through the steering wheel and it seemed like it would break down any minute. We already knew they had no other cars, and we had a couple hours drive to our destination in The Keys, so we pressed on & tried to fix it later. For the next 7 days I called Enterprise stores & managers trying to replace this unsafe vehicle. The manager of the FLL office was full of lies and empty promises. He "arranged" for replacement twice then disappeared. We finally got a different car, which was smaller than promised and 2 steps below our standard size car. We didn't fit, being two 6 footers with luggage. It wasn't until the Homestead FL office on day 10 that we finally got the standard size car per the contract. Their staff was excellent and professional and fixed all the BS that the FLL office initiated.

  Never again! I rented a vehicle a week ago on our business account and received confirmation. Then last night I checked in online and received confirmation that I checked in. Tonight I landed at midnight, waited 45 min for a rental bus to get there and take me across the road, to be told by the person on the desk that they had given out all rentals and to come back the next day to see if they had any?? What kind of a Mickey mouse asinine sham of a rental company are you running! The person on the desk was very professional and it wasn't her fault but common... This is the second time Enterprise has left me hanging this year! Very unreliable business. Tried calling Enterprise for a solution with a nearby location and they were closed and didn't have a 24hr call center. Had to take a $120 Uber out of town at 1am so I could get to my hotel and tomorrow have to figure out how my transportation instead of getting my work done. Not impressed at all with this scam of a company!

  Mr. Joseph Lynch definitely went above and beyond during my weekend visit to Fort Lauderdale. I had originally booked a rental with another company, but after experiencing some questionable customer service, I decided to stop by Enterprise instead—and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Joseph was patient, professional, and incredibly kind. After I explained what had happened at the other rental location, he assured me that he would make up for the experience, and he absolutely delivered—tenfold. He helped me find the perfect car for my best friend’s wedding weekend, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. The vehicle was spotless, had a full tank of gas, and drove beautifully. Even when I decided I wanted a vehicle with Apple CarPlay, the manager made the switch without any hassle. Every employee I encountered—from the gentleman who welcomed me and helped me select my vehicle, to the manager, to the associate who checked me back in before my flight home—provided outstanding customer service. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and made the rental process completely effortless. That said, I have to give special recognition to Joseph. He set the tone for the entire experience with his professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help. Because of him and the rest of the team, what started as a frustrating situation turned into one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. The next time I’m in Fort Lauderdale, I will absolutely be renting from this Enterprise location again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional customer service.

  Rented a car from them that was fine. Opted out for no addtional insurance. In the unforitonate instance I had a windsheild crack. I knew I would owe for it. What happend was when i dropped the car off. I told the guy that inspected it. Call me with a qoute before going through insurance because it more than likely will not be more than my deductible He made notes in the file. And confirmed they would call within 7-14 days. No problem. 14 days later I get a message from my insurance that I have a claim started , They started a claim without my authorization. So I call. First guy was really good on the phone. Told me I would hear from someone at this location. No response. Call 4 days later. They say the case I opened was closed already no response from location. Then again. Call in another 4 days and no response from this location. Get a call from my insurance company. The cost is not more than my deducatible but yet it appears I have a new claim on my policy. So thanks for doing that when it wasnt neccisary. Then I get a bill from enterprise for the windsheild after zero phone calls from them. And its the cost of the windsheild plus 100.00 admin fee. I wonder what that admin fee was for. All the bullshit you did with my insurace that wasnt neccisary. When you could have called with a qoute like what was documented. I would have given a credit card number and paid right then. But now you have created a claim that wasnt needed. My rates are going to go up regardless. And now a stupid admin fee for your bs. Ill never be using them again What a freakin headache. Hopefully people are cautious about the poor management of claims.
