  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Florida. The rental car I received reeked of cigarette smoke, making it unpleasant to drive. A rental vehicle should be clean, fresh, and comfortable for customers, and this car clearly did not meet those expectations. What made the experience even more frustrating was that Enterprise did not even offer a discount or any form of compensation for the inconvenience. I expected better customer service and a willingness to make things right. Unfortunately, the lack of concern for my experience left a bad impression. I hope Enterprise takes these complaints more seriously and does a better job ensuring customers receive clean, smoke-free vehicles. Make my review more concise Make my review firmer and more direct Add a stronger call for compensation

  From the minute I stepped out of the transfer bus, I was greeted and after reviewing my information, was showed to a row of vehicles and was told to take whatever I wanted. The van was clean, filled with gas and ready to go. I only had it a few hours and upon return, was taken care of in a couple of minutes. I took the bus back to my terminal and waited for my flight. I’ve used Enterprise exclusively for years because of how I’m treated.

  I am sorry for late review. I saw agent's business card in my purse and wanted to give him a #ATTABOY. We flew into FLL 08/08/2026. We had a lot of luggage for my husband, sister, Mom and I for my yearly birthday trip. 2 bags per person. Plus an additional wheelchair. Mike helped us get the proper vehicle to accommodate all including the bulky wheelchair in bag. Thank you Mike. Customer service is not dead. AI cannot replace that.

  Since our cruise ship docked later than expected, I had seven hours to kill. Picking up a rental and exploring all the coastal areas within 50 miles was my game plan after getting to Ft. Lauderdale from Miami cruise port. Uber driver couldn’t find location within the airport to drop us off for car pickup. Even the enterprise agents recommended we go to the main counter in terminal one. Which we did dragging our luggage the entire way. Sadly on leaving I discovered immediate access from the main terminal all by myself. Geez. Lastly, live agent quoted me $134.00 for my rental for seven hours with the Costco discount. Booking online, all by myself, reduced the rate to $64.00 through Costco. Go figure.

  I rent from enterprise everywhere I go. But I must say that this locations customer service was top tier. From Mr. Lawrence at the the check out counter, to the young lady at the exit and all the way to Devontae at check in. Great job to the hiring staff! As a former enterprise employee and now customer, they did amazing staying engaged and mantaining a smile. 👏 🤩 🙌
