  Today I went to the airport and purchase a plane ticket and afterwards I visited this location to inquire about a rental and to make sure everything was good with my name because last year my identity was compromised. I simply wanted to make sure everything was ok before i did the reservation. I walked to the counter and I wasn’t even greeted. The Caucasian guy who worked at the counter around 3:40pm and 4:00pm was so rude to me. He talked so aggressively to me and balling up his face like he was discussed that I was even talking to him. Meanwhile, the whole time he had his head down talking and never made eye contact with me.finally I walked off and looked back and he was staring at me with this hateful evil look on his face. Racism is very real. The customer he was serving before me was a Caucasian lady and I saw their interaction and it was all laugher and happiness until I walked to the counter.God sees it all remember that.I will not be visiting this location ever again.

  I had a great experience with enterprise. I had rented a car went to a local hotel and unfortunately, within four hour time span someone cut the catalytic converter off. I was sick about it thinking it’s gonna cost me lots of money. I called the local police department. They came out did a police report and called enterprise himself. All within a two hour span a tow truck came and got the vehicle. An Uber driver showed up and took me to the airport and with hardly any questions. Ask enterprise gave me a new vehicle and I drove away. I returned the following day to return the vehicle and come back home, and I received the same invoice as I originally signed up for. Everything was handled by enterprise I did not have to make any further phone calls.

  I want to give a special shout out to Sam the man and Daniel! Sam made sure we were well informed about our rental agreement and additional add ons that we can take advantage of while at the counter and Dan was so attentive and provided us with exceptional customer service from the moment it was time to select our vehicle in the garage area. I will definitely be booking my future rentals with Enterprise moving forward because of those two! Bye bye thrifty... hello enterprise :-). Our rental was very clean and spacious made our family trip to Orlando very comfortable!

  This Enterprise at the FLL airport is always a pleasure and consistently has a variety of options. Katie the manager is always so bubbly and happy to assist. We didn’t require manager assistance but she was attending the car lot making sure everyone was satisfied with their vehicles. My friends and I come to FLL often and our steady positive experiences make our trips hassle free.

  The enterprise at the Fort Lauderdale airport is a scam from the moment you speak to the desk person (Dornell) I specifically said I did not want the refueling fee and it was added on there without my knowledge anyways. The deposit is a ridiculous amount compared to other rental companies and the service was not worth the transaction I was pointed towards a vehicle and told take that one from a far when asked if they had another pickup they said no and walked away as if my inquiry had no importance. I travel for work a lot and rent cars very frequently but I normally deal with budget but enterprise had a better deal this time around and decided to give them a try and it was not worth it. The only positive experience I had was when I returned the vehicle Devonte was polite and walked me through my return process asked if I had any questions and even assisted me in finding a way back to the airport I feel this employee single handedly saved enterprise from receiving a 0 star from me. Rule of thumb first impressions are very important for a place of business and I was not impressed with this one on the contrary i will be warning on this moving forward to my colleagues and family members
