  I had a great experience at the Auto Zone on Griffin Rd and 31st Ave in Dania Beach. Sissy is very polite and she is absolutely helpful; she even changed my wipers for me. Heiko also helped me get my new battery mounted, and they both did a great job!!!!👍🏽👍🏽

  I needed a battery check and replacement on a Friday afternoon. There was a long line at the auto parts store, but Tookie made it happen quick. She came outside quickly and got to work. Smooth and with great customer service.

  I had an absolutely excellent experience at AutoZone in Dania Beach, and I specifically want to recognize Kat for the outstanding customer service she provided. From the moment I walked in, Kat was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me figure out exactly what I needed. She took the time to listen to what was going on with my vehicle, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options instead of making me feel rushed or simply trying to sell me something. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and attentive she was. She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the correct parts and information, and she handled everything with a great attitude. It’s becoming rare to find someone in customer service who actually makes you feel like they care about solving your problem, but Kat absolutely did. Even while the store was busy, she remained patient, organized, and professional. Her customer service made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier and gave me a lot more confidence about what I needed to do with my vehicle. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like Kat representing their store. Employees like her are the reason customers come back to the same location instead of going somewhere else. Five stars for AutoZone Dania Beach and especially five stars for Kat. Thank you again for the excellent service and for going above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future and recommending it to others.

  I had a great experience! Mr. Andrae was awesome, funny, and easy going. Very knowledgeable and patient. Most importantly, he was customer friendly. Autozone is top tier compared to the other guys. I will always come back. They value and appreciate their customers. 10 out of 10. I always have a good experience here.
