  In a world that people are only and always thinking of themselves, especially at work, it was a blessing to find a unicorn at Mavis by the name of James. His concern for others is not only noticeable but can be felt. Something that can’t be bought through a person’s pay and definitely cannot not be faked. That may not be important to everyone but to me, it was a breath of fresh air. Just wanted to give recognition where it was due, regardless if it was to the public or the business itself.

  I can’t say enough good things about Mavis Tires & Brakes! Every time I bring my vehicle in, they go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. Whether it’s routine maintenance, tires, or another service my vehicle needs, I always feel confident knowing it’s in good hands. The staff is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done. I really appreciate that they’re dependable and make the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. Finding a shop you can truly trust with your vehicle isn’t always easy, but Mavis has consistently given me great service and treated me well. I’ve been very happy with the care and attention they give my vehicle every time I come in. They’ve definitely earned my trust and my business, and I’ll continue coming back whenever I need tires, maintenance, or service. Thank you to the entire team at Mavis Tires & Brakes for always taking such great care of me and my vehicle!   I've had bad luck with nails in my tires twice in the same month. Most recently, I called Mavis and spoke to Will. I was trying to get a quick appointment, they were full, but Will understood my need to have the car operable and was able to squeeze in the repair same day. No one likes having issues with their vehicles but when they do you want to deal with solid people. Thanks Will and team!

  I picked up a nail in one of my tires on a long road trip. Mavis Tires was luckily close by and I stopped in to see about getting a patch. Tire couldn't be patched due to the location of the nail but the team was kind enough to swap in my full size spare and didn't charge me a penny for their time. Super friendly guys and took care of us quickly. Highly recommend them for any tire needs you may have.

  Wow, I was very impressed with how quickly they took care of my tire. I called ahead and spoke with James Brown, who told me to come right in. James met me at my work truck, took the tire into the shop, and the technician started working on it immediately. Because of the size of the hole, they weren't sure if the patch would hold, but thankfully it did. Got me back and running. It’s not very often these days that someone meets you in the parking lot and immediately starts helping. Excellent customer service! James was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you!
