  Went to Florida for the day and when stopping for some refreshments heard a horrible sound coming from the car.We were so lucky to be in the parking lot next to Mavis. We asked them to see just what the problem was, they put on the lift found that two screws were missing in the cover panel on the undercarriage of the car They replaced to screws in minutes and a hand shake they had the panel fixed. They refused payment for task and was so polite and helpful Great group at this location and proud to recommend them to all. Thanks!!

  We had an issue with a engine cover plate that suddenly came off of the bottom of our car and was dragging on the road. We drove in to this shop and they put the car on the lift and took the cover off for us at no charge. Very friendly folks and great customer service!

  Really nice people at Mavis checked out my brakes and tires (because of faulty advice from people around me, lol. Somebody told me I need new tires and brakes’) Mavis Tire place checked it out right away, no problem… and NO CHARGE. Thanks so much for your expertise and honesty! Much appreciated, 6 stars!

  I got a flat tire at the worst possible time, and based on a recommendation from friends, I came to this place. From the very first minutes, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff were, from the manager to the technicians. They quickly fixed the tire and got me back on the road without any unnecessary waiting. The work was done efficiently and properly. What surprised me the most was that they didn’t charge me anything for the repair. Honestly, I’ve never experienced that before. But overall, it’s not about anything special being done, just a simple situation handled in a very kind and respectful way. The staff were friendly and willing to help, which made an unpleasant situation much easier to deal with. Thank you to the whole team!

  When you make an appointment to replace a tire, they are more than 20minutes late even looking at the car (despite being early), you watch them lift the hood, break a spring off in the process, and then tell you the tire is unrepairable (the reason you made the appointment), then you really wonder why not just have a tire ready since they know what tire it is from records, leave other stuff alone that was not asked to be checked. Mr. "Don't tread on me" needs a personality transplant. He did not even offer to order the tire we came in for. If it is the Mavis policy to snoop around cars to find up sales while ignoring the requested replacement, I have no faith in this location. I just wanted to replace a tire. Can I have that two hours of life back please!
