  Sheridan, the agent at the counter, was extremely friendly and helpful! I just found this location and am thrilled that it's so close to my house AND has excellent customer service.

  Car was very clean and well maintenance easy pick up and fast drop off will definitely use Enterprise and recommend as well this location was great as well 🙏

  As a returning customer to this Enterprise location, I have historically been directed by staff to park my personal vehicle in the adjacent dirt lot. Naturally, I followed this established precedent during my visit this morning. Approximately thirty minutes after completing my transaction and departing, I received a call requesting I return to move my vehicle, as the branch is apparently no longer permitted to use that lot. While the inconvenience of interrupting my morning to fix their communication oversight was certainly an annoyance, the true failure occurred upon my return. When I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction over not being informed of this new policy prior to leaving the desk, the two young women working the counter immediately abandoned any pretense of professionalism. Rather than utilizing basic customer service de-escalation skills—such as a simple apology for failing to proactively share the updated parking rules—they became fiercely and noticeably defensive. They launched into a lecture about how Enterprise could face fines and insisted it was not their fault I had parked there. They entirely missed the point: it is, in fact, the staff’s responsibility to inform returning customers of operational changes. Had these representatives possessed the maturity or training to take basic accountability and say, "We apologize for forgetting to tell you," this review would not exist. Unfortunately, their sheer defensiveness, inability to accept responsibility for their own communication lapse, and generally subpar demeanor made for a highly disappointing experience. Until this branch decides to invest in rudimentary customer relations training for its front-line staff, I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

  Do not rent from this location!!!! I booked a car, got a call from the location right away to tell me the 1pm pickup wasn’t enough time to get the car ready n said 2-230 was the pick up time. I got a neighbor to drive me n at 2 the site called n said the expected cars weren’t returned yet but they would keep me posted and we’d def have it by closing time at 5p. I expressed I had to have the car as I had to leave for a long ride asap! No problem? Well I called at 415p and was told they had no cars and MAYBE they’d have one the next day!!! The guy on the phone while polite didn’t offer to contact another location, didn’t seem to think this was a big deal and was useless and did nothing to help us. I reported this to corporate who while verbalized it’s not the service they expect also didn’t offer help or a solution!!! Stay away from this location!! We booked w Avis!
