  Jared did a great job replacing the battery In my Mercedes Benz SLK280 in less than 15 minutes. He was helpful, honest and courteous. I highly recommend him.

  Would not help me change simple bulb. I didn't have any tools with me. Associate told me that he “didn’t want to risk being sued”… he stated that some associates would help change bulbs, when I asked if there was anyone else working that could help he went to the back and I heard People talking, came back and said no.

  The guys at the store are all 5 Stars and super helpful. They helped me with my Sprinter battery and couldn't have been friendlier and supportive. I will be a continuing customer. Much appreciated.

  On Friday 13 of February 2026, my husband's BMW failed to start about a block from Auto Zone in Fernandina Beach. The manager, Jared Simon, offered to jump his car. After that failed, he helped my husband unload his trunk of golf clubs, brought the battery located in the trunk to Auto Zone and determined it was completely dead. I purchased a replacement and he brought the new battery (and me) back to the BMW, installed it, and sent us on our way. He salvaged our day and provided EXCELLENT, friendly service way beyond what he needed to do. We are ever so grateful and highly recommend he and his Auto Zone located in Fernandina Beach!
