  UPDATE: This was previously (see below) a one-star review. Based upon the marina’s response to the situation, I am gladly changing this to 5-stars. Brooke called me yesterday to find out what happened. She made no excuses and absolutely owned their responsibility for the mistake. She asked what they could do to rectify the situation and I asked that my boat be given a thorough wash before I picked it up today. She was more than happy to see to this. When I arrived at 11:00 today, the boat was very clean and in the water waiting for me. We’re all human and can mess things up. But grown-ups “own” their mistakes and make every effort to set things right. Well done Brooke. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I’ve been a dry-storage customer for five years. Marina has changed hands three times since then and it’s just not good. Price has nearly doubled in that time. Latest issue was when I asked to have my boat moved to a maintenance rack so it could be serviced. I was told that it would be returned to the dry storage afterwards. This morning, 24 days later, I got a text through their app that my boat had “been returned to dry storage.” I called to check if this was true and was told that it was. Further, that I should have used the app to tell them to return it to the shed. So, it’s been sitting out in the sun and enormous amount of rain for the last 3-1/2 weeks. $851/month deserves better than this. “I’m sorry” was all they could offer. I’m sorry too, but this one is not on me.

  Started out as a great day. Made it to Amelia Island, Marina. Docs and lady came out and told us we could not talk there. No problem we moved the boat to E as an echo where she told us not once but twice where to dock the boat. Dock, the boat on E as an echo, and apparently our boat was too small to be on the side with the real boats and moved us while we were eating lunch to the dinghy dock Pulled our Killswitch and didn’t tell us, didn’t call us, didn’t text, nothing Funniest thing was no other boats came in, and there was room for at least two more boats in the spot we were in What a bunch of blowhards over a Boat spot that their employee told us to park in! Got back and they could care less that our boat wouldn’t start and that they had moved it without telling us Not to mention, they did not know that I have ADA issues and needed the boat to be where I left it because of blood sugar control, and all the extra walking Thoughtless and careless, and not there for anyone with a small boat If you have a big boat, they’re probably nicer to you

  The General Manager Jake Lasser and his crew were phenomenal. Great customer service, very knowledgeable of the area and everything and things to do with boats. From bottom jobs to full scale repowers Jake Lasser is your man. Thank you all!
