The drop-off process was incredibly smooth and efficient. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by knowledgeable staff who took the time to walk us through the repair plan, set clear expectations, and answered every question with patience and professionalism. There was no sense of being rushed, we were were given a clear commitment to making sure we felt informed and comfortable leaving our vehicle in their care. What really stood out was the consistent communication throughout the repair process. Updates were timely and transparent, which removed a lot of the uncertainty that usually comes with auto repairs. It was clear that this is a company that values not just the technical side of their work, but also the customer experience that surrounds it.   I won’t be renting from this location again. I booked a 3-day rental, but like usual, they didn’t even have the car I reserved. Honestly, this place always seems empty but somehow never has vehicles available. Things got worse when my rental was towed the next day for no permit parking. When I went to the tow yard, they told me I had to contact Enterprise, but getting any real help from this location was almost impossible. There was a lot of back-and-forth between them and the tow company, forms being sent around, and no one kept me informed about what was actually going on. I did speak with someone named Louise who seemed helpful at first, but I was told things that just weren’t true—like saying he arranged another car for me at a different location, which never actually happened. I ended up stuck in Miami and had to take the train all the way back to Fern Park on my own. On top of that, I’ve rented cars from here before that didn’t feel safe, including one time where I had to stop in the middle of the road. The lack of communication and concern from this location is honestly frustrating.

  Quick and easy car pick pickup and return. Would use Enterprise again. Always a good experience.
