  I reserved a mid-size SUV and received a confirmation email of the reservation. When I was 3 minutes away, I received a call from Enterprise that there were zero vehicles available. I asked them about the next day and they said they had no way of knowing for sure, but usually received 1-2 vehicles overnight. I came back the next morning first thing and the only thing they had available was a Mirage, a compact car. She charged me the same quote I received for my mid-size SUV reservation. I explained to her that this was not acceptable to be paying the same price for completely different levels of vehicles and reminded her of the incident the night before where I was told last minute there was nothing available. She eventually said all she could do was give me a discount, which ended up being about $40. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

  Never picked me up, waited for them 2 hours. When called, they say noone was available to pick up. Returned car with exact same gas level to collision repair shop for later pickup by Enterprise, was charged extra for gas. I have a photo and a video of the gas level when I returned it. Regional manager left her phone number, which says bad number. Re: your response below: I have called and was promised a refund of the fuel charge, however a week later still no refund. I'd like a direct phone number of your regional manager please.

  Booked a car the morning I needed it and got a confirmation. 20 min before the reservation, and after arranging a ride to pick up the car, I get a call that they don't have any cars. When I asked why it would let me book a car they didn't have, I got a shoulder shrug and a "that's corporate". To his credit, he did call another location, but they didn't have any cars either. When I called Enterprise I was told that my reservation would be escalated to a supervisor locally that would get back to me shortly with some sort of solution. After 2 hours, no call from anyone. So I called again and was told an area manager would get back to me. That was almost 24 hours ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. Just a terrible experience, but I did find a cheaper rental up the street at Avis.
