  I had a very frustrating experience here. The week before dropping off my car, the employee explicitly walked me through what would be included in the interior detailing price, specifically mentioning a full seat shampoo and trunk cleaning. I dropped my car in a week later and was told it would take 35 to 45 minutes. When I returned an hour and a half later, the trunk hadn’t been touched, the seats weren't shampooed, and the finer details were completely missed. When I pointed this out, the worker acted surprised and insinuated that the agreed-upon price shouldn't have covered those services ($60 for the interior)—despite our explicit conversation earlier. He spent a rushed 15 minutes trying to remedy the seats and trunk while I waited. While the car is technically cleaner than when I brought it in, the quality is far below professional detailing standards. It looks like a basic DIY job, and I am still going to have to clean out the nooks and crannies myself. For a professional company, the lack of thoroughness and the attitude regarding pricing was highly unprofessional. I was sincerely hoping for a better experience. I definitely won't return or recommend.

  AJ and Pulo and crew did the best hand detailing inside my filthy car ever had done. They were meticulous and professional and the car looks and smells new. The exterior 100% hand wash looks better than any machine could do.
