  Rented a truck a week in advance to catch an uber here to enterprise and be told that someone “called” me 2 hrs before my pickup time that there was no longer a truck for me and let me having a reservation doesn’t guarantee me a car.. voiced my frustration and was told what would he like me to do he can’t just make a truck “appear” .. then finally tries to offer me a DOT truck with a large flat bed but tells me to go next-door to the regular rental side to see if they have a truck. I leave to go next door not for even 5 minutes to double check to come back to the commercial side to be told he gave that truck away tooo…. But didn’t even wait for us to check or remedy the situation… crazy and completely unprofessional and rude

  Mr. Sam at Truck rental was very friendly, treated us with a smile checking in and out. The truck was clean and in good condition unlike Hertz who we have been using las few trips. Wish we could have gotten more free miles, but overall very pleased.

  Trucking Manager Sam and staff were great. 26' lift gate truck was ready ahead of time and very new and clean. Great rates to!
