Andrea was incredible: quick, helpful, direct, experienced. Car was ready (cleaned) and waiting first thing Monday morning. Best car rental experience ever. Will definitely use this location in the future.

My handicapped wife gathered information for a one day rental. After scraping together the funds, the next day all estimates had doubled. She was unable to rent a car and cancelled the trip. Also had no cars. Eustis FL

They will not save the car you reserve for you and they will claim they called. Especially if you finally get a good rate because you have to use them often, I feel like they just want to rent at the highest price possible instead of to the hard-working people who need this supportive service occasionally. I am very disappointed in Enterprise. The last rental had a check engine light on and a flat tire. They replaced it with the same exact model that had trouble accelerating in traffic, Not safe. They wanted to make it right. Gave me a 15% discount and then magically did not have the car I reserved for this week: ( I don't know what to tell you since this is pretty much the only rental car place in our area. Oh and by the way they charge 20 extra dollars than the other Enterprises.. But no luck for me today. Once again, I believe they only want to get people who pay the highest price. I do understand they can be very busy but when you got five customers waiting and four employees sitting around chatting I'm not really sure how efficient that is.. hey Enterprise, do you want to pay me for the money I lost today for the clients I could not get to??? How about wasting my time to drive 45 minutes to a different Enterprise? Just to have even worse service. It's all good. They probably would have put me in a dangerous car anyways, if there were negative stars. That's what they would get! I heard some of the employees talking about how they get paid a couple hundred bucks to go work at other enterprises and free Disney and universal tickets. Why don't you roll some of that over to the hard-working people who actually need this service to provide for their familys? This isn't a social club.
