Usually I have a decent experience with Valvoline. This morning I went in for an oil change and tire rotation everything went great with that. They brought to my attention I had an engine leak which I was grateful for bringing it to my attention. What I didn’t appreciate was the person underneath my car I believe it was Chris running their mouth throughout my time there about it getting all over him. The person helping me out with paying and everything even had to tell him to shut up I think he knew I could hear him. If you can’t handle the messy parts of your job without running your mouth maybe that’s not the job for you. I also tried asking the specific location of the leak and he said “just coming from everywhere” now when one hears that it’s concerning because in my head that’s extremely bad. Instead of being professional about it it seemed like he was pissed to be in that position which isn’t my fault when you sign up for that job

Fast, friendly, and efficient! From the lady directing cars and the woman checking me in to the gentleman who replaced my wiper, the manager who checked me out, and the crew in the pit—everyone worked together to make this a great experience. Download the coupon! It makes the price very competitive, especially when you need to get in and out quickly. Who wants to spend all day at the dealership just to save a few bucks? This will be my go-to spot for oil changes from now on!

Phenomenal service! Fast, efficient, and a great overall experience. A young man named Nate assisted me, and he was extremely polite and took the time to show me just how dirty my air filter was. Lol. I really appreciated that he pointed out something that could have easily been overlooked during a routine oil change. It’s those little things that make a difference! For someone like me who practically uses their car as a second office, having a place that goes beyond just changing the oil is extremely valuable. Great customer service, attention to detail, and an overall excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back!

nate was sooooo understanding and informative when it came to my maintenance!! he answered all my questions without judgement and even informed me on the next steps for future visits. every visit here is so wonderful, every employee is so kind and empathetic that it’s helped a lot with any kind of vehicle anxiety i use to have. 10/10 will be back every time <3

Absolutely AMAZING experience at Valvoline in Estero! 🔥🔥 Troy at the front was phenomenal — super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. And a HUGE shoutout to Ethan under the hood! 💪 He was thorough, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. These guys went above and beyond and made what is usually a boring oil change feel like a VIP experience! And I can't forget store manager Blake — not only was he running a great shop, but that MULLET deserves its own 5-star review! 😂🔥 Absolutely legendary. If you're anywhere near Estero and need an oil change, GO SEE TROY, ETHAN, AND BLAKE! Great service, great people, and apparently great hair. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🚗💨
