  When I had to wait the longest I’ve ever had to for someone to acknowledge me and wave me into a bay (all bays were full), I didn’t have high expectations. After I pulled in, I was immediately met with Hunter who seemed exhausted and overheated, but still so courteous and professional. He offered a tire rotation which I agreed to, but then apologized because he was told they were too short staffed. He offered to look at my air filter which I appreciated because this vehicle was recently purchased and was my first time bringing in. The air filter pretty much fell apart and was full of rat feces and dog food which occurred with the previous owner. As a family of 5, this really concerned me for health reasons. He searched for a while to find the right filter and even shoved his hand in the tight filter slot to remove several fallen dog food pieces. I feel like he went above and beyond even when short staffed and in a heat advisory. He maintained his professionalism and was so polite the entire time, never complaining. He is an incredible employee to represent the hard work your company does. His work ethic was top notch, and I find employees like Hunter are rare these days.

  I have a fleet truck, this was the first time and place that it didn’t take two hours for my things to get approved. I was helped by Nate and another gentleman. These guys were very communicative and efficient. Coming here from now on.

  They always say “10 minutes”, but it was actually about that, maybe a little more, but definitely quick. Usually at others, it’s 30 minutes or so. Great job, efficient kind crew with smiles.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline in Estero on a Sunday afternoon. There was no wait, and the entire team was friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. Since it was a fleet vehicle, the approval process took a little extra time, but the staff kept everything moving and, once approval came through, the service was fast and seamless. They also replaced my battery during the same visit, which saved me another trip. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how well the team worked together. I highly recommend this Valvoline location for quick, professional service!
