  Had a great experience here! The staff was quick, friendly, and very helpful. I came in to get my tires checked for leaks, and they were able to take care of everything the same day. They even picked up a new tire for me from AutoZone and had it installed all in one day. Super convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  Be aware that they use a call center to schedule appointments who are unaware of the current staff situation and booked appointments. I was given a fee for diagnostics and that they would call when they knew what was wrong. After 5 hours I called but no word yet. Another 1.5 hours later and the car was done when I called. No one ever called me or to get my approval of the charges first. The charge was a flat $100 with a $10 shop fee which I’m not sure what that even covered since there were no parts or waste. Seemed like a random charge for a small job. Staff needs to work on communication.

  I definitely recommend Tire Choice at Grande Oaks. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They kept me well informed and completed the work quickly. Thank you Gabriel and Ricardo!

  I came because my check engine light was on, assumed I needed an oil change or something of the like, but instead, I was told there was a different problem that they couldn't solve due to lacking the needed machinery. I waited 15 - 30 minutes tops, had Wonderful service and was not charged whatsoever because they couldn't help me with my actual problem! 10/10 would recommend, not for the free service, but for the integrity and compassion they showed me. I'm a broke college student by the way, so that made things infinitely more meaningful to me.

  My wife and I are both disabled. We live down the street from Tire Choice. We were on our way to the doctor when we had a tire blow out. Pulled into TC with no appointment and they fit me in to get the spare on. Ricardo had to order a matching tire so I could come the next day to get everything squared away. All the staff we're very polite and helpful to our. Holding the door open and putting my wife's roller and scooter into the. I have purchased at least 2 sets of tires from you. But today you exceeded out expectations I called the doctor and they said get here when you can. By the way Ricardo and Luis took really good care of us
