  Dropped my truck off for an alignment. The shop calls me and tells me that all of my new parts that I just had installed by another shop were installed incorrectly. Upon picking up my truck, they were unable to produce the pictures that they stated they took of the repairs that were needed on top of the alignment so my Bill went to triple. I would not recommend this shop.

  Gabe was the most welcoming, knowledgeable and professional serviceman that we’ve ever had!! He went above and beyond his assurances that our tire problem would be solved! He found a replacement tire and had it delivered promptly! We were out of the door within an hour! GO SEE GABRIEL, Store Manager!!!

  They are absolutely amazing at Tire Choice. I took my SUV in on a Friday at 5pm for them to check the oil before going on a long weekend trip. They found that I needed new tires, brake pads and a new battery to be on the safe side and were able to change all 3 things at the spur of the moment before closing at 7pm and on a Friday evening. Wow!! Even though I wasn't expecting to need all those things I so appreciated them helping to keep me safe on the road and take the time to do everything when I know they were tired at the end of the week. Thank you!!

  I visited the tire choice auto service center in Estero to have my front tires checked because of a vibration I was feeling. They inspected the tires and the tread on one of them was starting to come apart. I had the front tires replaced with the factory Perelli tires. When they brought my car around the front end was making clanking noise. The rep who brought it around asked if I had heard the noise and I said no. He said I might have a ball joint or control arm problem. It was late and I was going to have the car checked the next day. About fifteen minutes into my ride home the front end started banging hard and the fact that it was pouring rain didn’t help. With my hazards on traveling at 35 miles per hr I white knuckled it home. The next day I had the car towed to a local tire choice auto service center on colonial. The assistant manager Nick took my car in for an inspection. Within 5 minutes of lifting my car up he came inside and asked me where I had the wheels changed and I told him Estero. He started apologizing and explained that one of my tires was not fully tightened. I thank the lord that I didn’t take the highway. Nick inspected the wheel, lugs and the lug bolts to ensure they weren’t damaged. He then took the car for a test drive. There was no additional damage. One of the things that bothers me is that no one from tire choice auto center management called me to apologize or offer compensation. Very disappointing experience. My first negative review
