  I lined up a set of new tires i wanted to purchase on line the evening before instillation. When i showed up they sold me on a more expensive set. It took a while to install them while I waited. When they were finished i drove 25 miles on I-75 to work. The car shook so i figured they did not balance the new tires. I returned that evening and asked them to balance them. They gave me a song and dance, did not solve the shaking. I drove the car for another week and finally took it to the dealership to find out the issue. Come to find out tire choice sold me three different size tires, 1-65”, 2-55” and 1-50”. 3 out of the four tires were used. Confirmed by the dealership in writing. I had the dealership put on four new tires and returned the used tires to tire choice I was sold as new. I called the ownership Monroe company and filed a complaint, i received a case number and said they would have an answer in 24-48 hours. I emailed the fraudulent invoice and proof from the dealership. I received no response or resolution to the issue until i called them a week later. Two calls on my part and three emails later. This has been going on for two months and my money $800+ has not been reimbursed yet. On top of that zero apology or resolution to the issue provided. I guess when you’re a 1 billion dollar company you do not have to deal with customer service issues and fraud going on in the companies they own.

  The location was a bit tricky to find. I would suggest better signage directing customers. The experience was a pleasant one. Jesus was so nice, polite, professional, efficient with a welcoming smile. Had a little interaction with a couple of other employees & they were pleasant & helpful.

  Nail in tire, I’m a long ways from home. They took it in immediately and fixed nail issue. Had me out fast. Shout out to Rod, you r the man!!!!

  Tire service very professional and efficient even stayed open to put new tires on after they were supposed to close 👍🏼
