I have been going to this location for over 20 years. As a single female it is difficult to trust when it comes to vehicle repairs. As an elderly single female it is almost impossible. The gentlemen, at this location, have always been fair and truthful about any repairs. They DO NOT try to up sell you. I have a 2011 SRX Cadillac. I only took it to the dealership, once, when Tire Choice could not do the repair. I appreciate their honesty.

Total ripoff. Expect to be charged entirely too much for parts and labor. They held my car all day. Then called me in afternoon with price of $1200 for a radiator hose replacement. When I said that was ridiculous they said it had already been installed and would need to keep it and charge me for labor. Total scam.

I visited Tyre Choice today shortly after six in the evening because my tire was losing air. The staff member didn't actually inspect the tire itself, but only checked the tire pressure, which had already dropped from 36 to 28. He topped up the air, told me it was likely due to the rain, and let me drive off without any further inspection. A short time later, while I was already on the highway, the tire pressure dropped again and I had to pull over at another location. A more thorough inspection of the tire would likely have prevented this. I'm disappointed with this service and unfortunately can't recommend it.
