  I’ve been going to this location of Tire Choice since my college days and I’m grateful for the consistent friendly service. Especially as a woman I really appreciate that they never try to upsell me or recommend services I don’t need. They get the job done, they are reliable, and they never shame me when I don’t know what kind of oil my car takes (lol). I’ve since moved further away from this location but continue to go back because I know I can count on them for honest, friendly, and fair service with no funny business.

  Made an appointment, literally got denied upon showing up. What’s the point in making an appointment? Wasted my time. Like, dude, If you didn’t want to do the job just say so. I came in for the most easiest job which was a tire patch. He said nope can’t do it. Yet I called before showing up asking if they do tire patches they said yes. Then he wanted to try & sell me a “brand new tire” I told him I have a “brand new tire” in my trunk. He looked at it & Said he couldn’t do it because I had to buy it from them… what on earth? He just gave the run around. On Mother’s Day too! Of course a “man” would disappoint me. I am a disappointed mom. Typical corporate auto place. Always trying to upsell on something you do need with lousy customer service.

  They have best service they treat you with respect Alejandro is a very nice man that works there. He make sure you understand and he explained everything to you. I recommend anyone to go there.

  We have both of our cars serviced at Tire Choice Estero. Sometimes it’s just an oil change and tire rotation but we’ve had mechanical work (brakes) done as well. The staff is courteous and communicates well with customers. We have no hesitation recommending Marcos and the team at Tire Choice.

  My wife took her car there today for an oil change and tire rotation. $97.10 for synthetic oil change which includes the tire rotation and the safety inspection, disposal fees, etc. At 11:18 she returned a phone call to the shop, gentleman stated they cannot do the tire rotation because the tread is too low. She told him to just do the oil change. He responded with saying her brake pads need to be replaced. She said just do the oil change. At 12:14 she got a call stating the car was ready. So battery check and oil change in that amount of time. None of the tires are worn down to the wear bars and all of them have depth into Abe's head. She also got 50% of the service she asked for without a reduction in price.
