Not sure why they accepted my reservation for a luxury car. When I showed up 20 minutes after making the reservation, there were no luxury cars. I guess they just use the ol' bait and switch to get people in the door, then give them whatever they happen to have on the lot. I'm very disappointed in the process and lack of follow up.
