  I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2020 Honda Odyssey from Coconut Point Honda on September 21st. From the beginning, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I especially want to thank Emma, my salesperson, for her outstanding customer service. She was very helpful, patient, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. I’m very happy with my Honda Odyssey and with the overall experience at Coconut Point Honda. Emma was a pleasure to work with and truly made the difference.   The experience of buying a car with coconut point Honda was really good I worked mostly with Mateo and Emma as my salespeople and they helped me find a wonderful car that was within my budget I would definitely recommend on coming here to find a car

  I've never liked complaining, but today I took my car to service and the attention was terrible. Some guy named James Stiles [racitas] just because they see you as Hispanic, they think you're going to ask for something. I won't take my car there again. I've been taking it there for two years, but lately the service has been terrible.

  I got a use car in May and already having serious problems with it I'll be taking it back as we speak and just take the L because even tho as is the car should make it a lot farther than it has you guys did me dirty on this deal

  Yesterday, I had an amazing sales experience. I finally got a car that I love. I left the dealership, ready for the road, plates and all. I was able to obtain financing within my budget and, get out the door in time for dinner. Dyllan, was very knowledgeable and attentive. He made sure I had the best options available to me. It seems, there has been a complete overhaul and change in management and, they get their own, five star rating. In these economical times, we need more businesses, putting the customer's needs first. Nice job Coconut Point Honda Team!
