  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Santiago R. and Jessica A. were absolutely amazing and restored my faith in Honda as a brand after a horrible buying experience at Fort Myers Honda. From the very beginning, Coconut Point Honda—and Santiago in particular—were honest, transparent, and fair. There were no games or unnecessary surprises. Once we settled on the deal, the entire buying process was easy, straightforward, and exactly what you hope a car-buying experience will be. It was refreshing to work with people who valued honesty and treated us with respect throughout the process. Santiago and Jessica turned what I expected to be a stressful experience into a genuinely positive one. A very well-earned 5 stars for Coconut Point Honda, Santiago R., and Jessica A.!

  Highly recommend Coconut Point Honda and specifically our sales rep, Blanchard. He took the time to answer all our questions and guided us through the options without making us feel pressured or rushed. We are very cautious out of state buyers that needed lots of information and even videos of the vehicle to feel comfortable with making a purchase. Blanchard was professional, upfront, and dedicated to getting us all the information we needed to ensure we were choosing the right vehicle. He exceeded our expectations several times and provided outstanding customer service and communication from start to finish! Highly recommend Blanchard!

  We’ve owned four different Honda’s over the years and we still drive two of them. So, we were looking for a (first) vehicle for our son who’s in his second year of college. We found a 2018 CR-V with over 100,000 miles that we liked online at Coconut Point Honda. So, we did our due diligence researching the vehicle, comparing costs, etc. Then we made them an out-the-door offer and they accepted it by email. We were fully expecting them to give us the usual “bait & switch” routine or “we can’t sell it for that price” scenario when we arrive for our appointment. However, that did not happen! I was shocked and told them it was definitely the best car buying experience that I had ever had and I’ve bought or helped by around 10 vehicles in my lifetime. Carrie our sale representative was new to the job, but she was great to work with and very pleasant! Now, they did do the usual pitch at closing to see if they could sell us an extended warranty, but we sad “no thanks” and that was it. No high pressure sales pitch…thank you!

  Our experience with this dealership was outstanding from start to finish. We worked with Jessica primarily through text, and she was professional, responsive, and respectful of our budget and our time. She even took the time to send detailed walk around videos and close up footage of the soft top at our request, which gave us confidence before making the drive. When we arrived for the test drive, the Miata was already parked front and center, freshly detailed, and ready to go. It made a great first impression. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. Steven, the General Manager, personally greeted us when we arrived and took the time to walk us through the car and its features, which we really appreciated. Michael in the finance office made the paperwork quick, straightforward, and hassle free.

  When deciding which dealership to visit when looking for a new Honda SUV, many people referred us to Coconut Point Honda. Daniel Castellar greeted us at the door with a friendly smile and proceeded to listen and respect both our budget and the fact that our previous dealership experiences were less then optimal. He really worked hard to get us a vehicle that would be perfect for us...even picking it up and bringing it to the dealership for us!! I have even bothered Daniel with two minor questions after our purchase and he has been helpful both times. We highly recommend Daniel and Coconut Point Honda. He will take very good care of you.
