Ken was excellent and made my experience quick, efficient and effective! He asked me what exactly I was looking for what I wanted to spend and gave me several options to test drive. Once I decided on a vehicle, there was no games to be played. Everything was straightforward and easy.
I highly recommend Coconut Point Ford for any of your new vehicle needs!

Salesman Nate did a good job. He let us test the truck well enough on our demo ride (s). Pricing was clear and working out our deal did not take long. They didn't pressure. Business Manager Bill was easy to work with and quick about getting the job done.. No BS delays or pushing hard to sell me extras I clearly did not want. We have had the used truck for a few days and it is working well and we are happy with it. I'll go see Nate when we need another vehicle for personal, or my business.

Not a positive experience. They did not honor the letter we were sent plus salesman grabbed paperwork out of my hands. Asked my husband if he did laundry? Finance guy said no one reads paperwork. Dollar amount was off and he asked what we wanted. Said offer wasn’t legal because we didn’t sign it. Yep, we should have walked away. I was dumb

The buying process was fine, everything afterwards was terrible. Truck was damaged during some warranty work, dealer did nothing to mitigate the issue other than use some cheap touch up paint that has since come off. Asked what am I supposed to do now?
He shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know, sorry.
I asked for at least a free oil change or something, he said no, he can’t do that. Still finding loose plastic and what not after that work was done.
Overall a terrible experience. All they can do is sell vehicles, everything else, go somewhere else

On Monday, July 13, at approximately 3:46 PM, I was preparing for a field service run and performed a routine walkaround inspection of my 2020 Ford Explorer ST. During the inspection, I discovered a puddle of oil underneath the vehicle and found that the entire underside was soaked with oil.
I immediately contacted Jim S. at Coconut Point Ford and explained the situation. He advised me to bring the vehicle to the dealership for inspection. Before doing so, we talked about checking the engine oil level and found no oil registering on the dipstick. I called Jim back and explained that I was uncomfortable driving the vehicle with no visible oil reading. He advised that there were likely still approximately three quarts of oil remaining in the oil pan and that it would be safe to drive.
Given the circumstances, I chose not to risk engine damage and instead contacted roadside assistance to have the vehicle towed to the dealership at my expense, totaling $90.
After discovering the leak, I inspected every location where the vehicle had been parked during the previous five days, including my driveway and work locations. I found oil spots at each location. Since picking up the vehicle on July 3 following the transmission and cam phaser repair, I had driven approximately 680 miles before discovering the leak.
On July 15, I picked up the vehicle and was informed that the oil pan seal had failed and was the cause of the oil leak. I was also told that the dealership had done nothing during the previous repair that would have contributed to this issue. However, upon reviewing my invoice, I noticed the repair was documented as "customer states oil dripping on ground from vehicle" and the repair was processed under warranty.
My primary concern is the potential long-term impact on the engine. The vehicle was operated for approximately 680 miles while actively leaking oil, and at the time the issue was discovered, there was no measurable oil level on the dipstick. I am concerned about possible internal engine wear and the effect this may have on the longevity and reliability of the engine.
Additionally, after researching the 3.0L EcoBoost engine repair procedure, I learned that removal of the front cover during a cam phaser repair requires replacement of the oil pan seal, as it is generally considered a one-time-use component such as the oil pan & seal. Based on the information available, it appears the original seal may have been reused during the initial repair, which raises questions regarding the cause of the subsequent oil leak.
I have also repeatedly requested completion of the screen recall during my last three service visits, yet the recall remains outstanding.
Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with a pattern of issues I have encountered with Sam Galloway Ford / Coconut Point Ford involving multiple vehicles. Also, I have attached pictures
