    Customer service was poor. The service person was not rude but aggravated . After having service repairs done I paid for a interior / exterior car detailing. I paid on line. When I showed him the recept on line he had no record I showed him it was paid. He was aggravated because he could not print things in his office or building. I had to wait for him to go to another building...it was no problem for me . It took a minute . He came back no apology . I paid for a car detail and the job was terrible / not good quality. I attached pictures.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service visit. After something as simple as a cabin air filter replacement, I returned to my vehicle to find everything from my glove compartment and interior left scattered across the floorboard. It was careless and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, basic service steps were ignored. There was no service sticker placed on the windshield, and the oil maintenance light wasn’t even reset. These are standard, routine parts of any service appointment, and overlooking them shows a serious lack of attention to detail. This is especially frustrating because this is a company vehicle, and I regularly bring multiple vehicles here for business. Experiences like this reflect poorly on your operation and make it difficult to trust your team with any of our fleet. Overall, this visit felt rushed and disrespectful to both me and my vehicle. I expect a higher level of care and professionalism. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

    $560 dollars to tell me that fixing my truck was more than the truck is worth. No explaining why things needed to be done, adding things I didn't ask to be inspected so they could pad the bill. I get everything is optional but given what each item was billed at I think the mark up is insane. Wanted to hold my truck overnight to swap a rear camera harness for a recall... That's 10 minutes of work max. Wasn't particularly impressed with how service people treated the customers I saw. Drop off / pick up guy was great though!

    Very good dealership. My car is in for warranty work rn. New transmission and a sensor. Service advisor Jorge has been phenomenal!! The warranty refused to cover the oil cooler for the transmission and he replaced it for me anyway just to do things correct without charge. Communication has been GREAT and they have went b above and beyond! I've worked at dealerships, probably 10 years of my life. And haven't really seen many that operate as well as this one. Great environment too.

    We have Fleet vehicles and the last thing you need os to have your van down. One of our vans had a flat tire we changed it and went to tire center to get the flat repaired. Im always hesitant going to dealership for service as they are slower and have a more corporate structure (I expected to hear it was too late in the day. Come back tomorrow, no appointment.) from the time I pulled in, i was in the general service area. An advisor there got in a golf cart and escorted me to the tire service center. The advisor there checked me right in, got a tech on the phone and had them take care of the tire. We had a conversation while they were getting started and I was there about 20-30 mins. Even though the Van was new and tires were never serviced they were ij the wrong position on the system. I showed this to them, they reset the system and properly located in the system. They checked all tire pressure before I left. I was very impressed with the customer service.
