  Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf unserer Rundreise hat leider einer der Reifen den Geist aufgegeben. Dort konnte das Fahrzeug zwar weder getauscht (da leider kein passend großes Fahrzeug dort war)noch repariert werden, aber es wurde uns die Adresse für einen kostenlosen reifenservice rausgesucht.

  The gentleman helping me was very helpful The car I received, was not that great, but i just needed it for a few days, since my car broke down and I needed to get to wotk. As I was driving, i smelled cigarette smoke in the interior which got worse when I turned the AC on. I didnt have time to turn around and return is since I was already running late for work. I wasnt able to drive it the following day and was able to walk to my son's work, he works near my home, and use his car. I ended uo returning the car after work on Friday. Im waiting to hear back from customer service.

  The experience was perfect. Check In was smooth and quick, we got exactly what we reserved and Robert from the Venice office (subbing in for the local manager) was personable and very easy to deal with. Thank you Robert for the exceptional experience. Turn In was equally smooth and will definitely rely on Enterprise for our future rental needs.

  While traveling from North Carolina to Florida in our Enterprise rental vehicle, the low tire pressure warning light came on. We stopped at the Enterprise location on McCall Road in Englewood, Florida, where Adriane provided exceptional customer service. Although checking and adding air to our tires was not part of his normal responsibilities, he immediately offered to help. He also took the time to vacuum the vehicle, an unexpected gesture that demonstrated his commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience. His professionalism, initiative, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond transformed what could have been a stressful situation into a positive one. We are truly grateful for his exceptional service and highly commend him for representing the values of Enterprise so well.

  I reserved a full-size SUV from Englewood Enterprise 2 months prior for 7-10-2026 for 10 days @ 790.98. 2 days prior to my reservation I stopped by and spoke to Neli to make sure it was all set. 1 day before they called to confirm I’m good to go and the morning of my reservation I get a call from Neli at that branch and he says sorry we don’t have a car for you. As you can imagine I was outraged having gone thru the trouble of making sure nobody screwed up. Neli was unsympathetic and when I said this is total bull shit (it’s called baiting in his low skill job) he said Well now were not going to rent to you at all (Poor baby got offended) and hung up on me. He had claimed that even the nearby Punta Gorda airport wouldn’t give one up, but the real reason is the price went up since my reservation, and they wanted more $. So, I got one in my Girlfriends name at the airport (same company) for around 200 more and a buddy of mine was on the same website as me but going thru a German app on his phone. WELL GUESS WHAT FOLKS! IT WAS THE SAME PRICE BUT WITH FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE! HOW ANTI-AMERICAN IS THAT! I was one of their best customer’s having one of their SUV”s for 11 months starting in 3-2025 and I even had to take it to get an oil change, so you would think I would be treated better Jack Eck Englewood Fl
