  10/10 experience at Take 5! The staff if incredibly kind and helpful. Special shout out to James who help make my first experience at Take 5 super enjoyable! I’ll definitely be back!

  I know this isn’t the company’s policy but it is not good! An employee at the entry gate lied to me about a special one time deal of one month of unlimited washes. I directly asked if it was a reoccurring charge because I didn’t want a reoccurring charge going in my card. He said, “No, it’s a one time deal we’re doing that you get unlimited washes for one month, it won’t be reoccurring.” I should have checked earlier but after months have found out the charges are ongoing. I understand that I shouldn’t have believed him and double checked at the time and should have kept a closer watch on the charges from them to catch it sooner. But this is unfortunate, please be wary of their employees and deals they offer.
