  I’ve been looking forward to the opportunity to share my experience. I have never had a more enjoyable rental experience with National, or any other rental car company, than I had with Cheryl at National's Ft. Walton location. We came in and rented a car at the counter, and Cheryl helped accommodate our family at the last minute with such a joyful and friendly spirit. She made the entire experience easy, welcoming, and genuinely memorable. Thank you Cheryl, you are one in a million!

  Rental price was good, auto was a great choice and it was ready at pickup. Return was an easy process too. Agent was delightful.

  Awesome location. We came in super early but Melissa was there ready to take care of us. She was engaging, friendly and ask what we were up to during our visit so she could get us the car to match our activities. She made sure everything was perfect.

  Great customer service at the counter and quality vehicles to drive. Definitely would recommend using National at VPS.
