  Enterprise was great to work with. We had to make drop off changes to our rental reservation due to the hurricane. Brennan was prompt and helpful to make it all happen and excellent at communicating.

  We were stranded in Destin because Allegiant Air cancelled a flight on us a day and a half before a hurricane. Our residence was under mandatory evacuation so we had to drive to Georgia then because we feared allegiant would cancel their next flight from Destin to Denver on Sunday we went to knoxville. Enterprise was extremely understanding and ensured we could go where we needed and even discounted our rate. I will rent from them every time.

  We recently rented a vehicle through Enterprise while heading to our vacation rental in Destin, FL. The process was QUICK and EASY, two important aspects when you're in a hurry to get to the beach! The vehicle was new, clean, had a full tank of gas, and worked perfectly. And knowing how well Enterprise takes such good care of its customers, it always gives us "peace of mind"! Enterprise is ALWAYS our first choice!

  Cheryl was an angel to us on a difficult day. We’ve been going through a stressful time and she went above and beyond to take care of us. Because of her kindness we will continue to be loyal to enterprise. Thank you, Cheryl! I hope you are recognized for your hard work and kind heart.

  Generally I do not like to give negative reviews, but we had a bad experience with an employee, Cheryl. The odd part is that this employee works for Alamo, but all the rental companies share the workload there at VPS airport. It's not what this employee said to us--that was mostly correct. My wife was having trouble with her credit card and she tried to explain why they would not take the malfunctioning card, and I had to come back in person. It was more the way this information was conveyed. This employee came across as arrogant and talked down to both my wife and me. Please deal with this problem so it does not affect other customers. This incident lost our business with Enterprise today. Thank you!
