  We were at Auto Zone in Edgewater today to see why the battery light was on and Cisco saw the air conditioner belt was off. Cisco and Mindy worked almost 2 hours helping get the belt on. We are so thankful for them because we would still be there. There needs to be more people like that because they didn't have to do that because that isn't their job. It lets you know that there is still caring people out there.

  Went to Auto Zone today for some wipers. Last trip there. I will go to Advance Auto Parts right next door (shared driveway) for all future purchases. Not busy when I went. One customer ahead of me. When the short, bald gentleman with a long white pony tail was done he asked me "what do you want?" I thought it rude, but everyone has a bad day. I told him what I needed he aske me what year, I said 2016, he said 2015? I said no, 2016. He told me hold on and moved a cart of batteries over to another area, did something with paper and came back. I should have left then, you don't walk away from a customer to do busy work that can wait until after the transaction. He asked again, what year? I told him 2016, he said 2017? I said no, 2016, he said 2015? I said no, 2016. He then said I need to know, I told him I've told you 5 times 2016. He muttered something. Figuring now this was more than a bad or off day, I decided this is normal personality. I said never mind, I'll go next door. He wished me good day, I wished him to have the day he deserves. I went next door to Advance Auto Parts, told them my year one time, because he was actually paying attention to the customer and not worried about some cart. The associate got my wipers, installed them and was very pleasant the entire time.

  this store is my favorite autozone in all of volusia county Michelle and tracy are the most helpful autozone employees ive ever had the pleasure of working with highly recommend

  Wow! Battery went dead all of a sudden Went to O’Reilly’s they weren’t able to touch my Acura housing We chanced on AutoZone and what a lucky find! Super knowledgeable manager “Cisco” waited on me And quickly solve the problem in 10 minutes. Cisco is one of those amazing finds than you come upon sometimes and then you Never have a need to go elsewhere! Been in the business 10 years not much he hasn’t seen and he works quickly and efficiently and with great sense of knowledge highly I highly recommend AutoZone in Edgewater.

  Great service and a very knowledgeable and considerate staff! Greg A really went above and beyond to make sure I saved some money and I had the right air filter for my old ‘93 Honda. I was due for an oil change so I paid AutoZone a visit for some oil, and Greg A let me know there was a solid deal on buying oil, an oil filter, and an air filter at the same time (which came in handy because I was honestly going to buy the filters from Amazon). Well the air filter was out of stock when I went in, so not only did he order it for me but he was able to really help me out and deliver the air filter after AutoZone had closed because I wouldn’t have been able to pick it up during Autozone’s normal business hours. This was a huge help! That seemingly simple air filter is super important for my older Honda in this humid Florida summer heat. So not only did Greg A save me some money (I would have spent about $20 more had I ordered the air filter and oil filter separately from Amazon) but he saved me some time as well. Thanks Greg!
