Was there 5 time for a balance issue for tires I purchased there. They never resolved the issue. It came down to a defective tire. They would not honor the warranty from the manufacturer. They said I would have to go to the manufacturer because I didn’t purchase a road hazard warranty. It was not a road hazard issue, it was a defective tire. They even tried to sell me shocks while I was there claiming that was the issue. The shocks were fine. They are clueless there. I called customer service and corporate said that they should’ve called them first before charging me for the tire. They said there’s nothing they can do now. Every time I’ve been there there’s been four or five people that came in and out of the building for comebacks. Do yourself a favor. Don’t go there. You will be jerked around for hours. I have almost 20 hours between the 5 visits waiting. Never again.

Christopher, one of the managers explains exactly what you need and is a great guy to talk to. Over the years I have met some of the mechanics at Mavis as well and they genuinely like their job and do it well.

Just bought new tires for my truck. Good price, friendly staff, and quick service. The tires are great and I got an online discount and rebate in the mail. Also got a valve stem replaced on a trailer tire and they did it on the spot. Plan to always get my tires here.
