  I think his name was Ron or Rob pretty sure it started with an r, anyways he was so helpful. I went in there just to get brake light bulbs and take them home and fix them with the help of YouTube but he wanted to come out and look at my truck and help me fix them himself. I was amazed at the level of customer service. I did not ask him to help me but he wanted to so by the time I left I had my brake lights installed and working and only took about 10 minutes. most of the time we were trying to find the right bulb because in their computer it said a different one than was recommended through the car company itself but we figured it out and got everything up and running before I left. what a great guy, true asset to the company. I'll come back here if I have any more issues with my new car thanks to him.

  I visited the store for a light bulb change in the rear taillight, Kaala Came out to the car and helped me get the light bulb out or I should say the taillight assembly apart and it was not something just wanted to come apart on its own but with his diligence instead fast reliability he did an amazing job getting it apart without anything being damaged, Great personality and super friendly service I love the autozone for the help that they provide

  I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager Carmen at this location. I had an absolutely horrible experience at another AutoZone where I was denied a basic return twice and sent away with no help both times. I came to this location frustrated and honestly expecting more of the same, but Carmen completely turned my experience around. She handled my return on two unopened bottles of coolant with my receipt quickly, professionally, and without any hesitation whatsoever. She was kind, efficient, and actually knew how to do her job. It is so refreshing to be treated like a valued customer, especially as a commercial account holder. Carmen is exactly the kind of manager every store needs. She deserves to be recognized for the way she handled my situation! Thank you Carmen, you were amazing and I truly appreciate you.

  3/16/2026 Went to this store when my Battery died. The battery was purchased at Autozone 6 months ago. They tested the battery agreed it was dead . looked it up in the system and told me it was not covered under the warranty as it had been replaced before THIS BATTERY WAS INSTALLED BY AUTOZONE IN SEPTEMBER OF 2025. Their are signs all over the store claiming to battery warranties. The minimum being 2 years. Gentleman that tried to help me referred me to manager Karyn.. ( No name tag) Got the name from sign on the door. Explanation was that the warranty was based on the original purchase date. " we don't make the rules " was repeated to me all but one employee in the store. Another employee came out of the back of the store to repeat that in a hostile tone. Pissed .. Even though I did not agree with the "Policy" I agreed to purchase a new battery . One look at the truck and the manager sorry we can't install a battery because we have to remove part of the A/C Simply not true one metal brace and one screw... This would have been the 3rd time Autozone has installed a battery in this truck. should have just gone elsewhesprings Storere at this point. Contacted the DM Aaron.. Referred me to the Tarpon Springs Store Worked with Manager Tiffany and Installer JOE. In and out in less than 30 minutes.
