    My experience with Penski is that we rented a truck and car trailer to move from Indiana to Florida. The 1st malfunction in the truck was that my seat belt wouldn't come out for several miles. Then while in Atlanta the breaks & power steering failed on us. Penski person wanted to move our belongings to a new truck, or we could stay and they would cover the hotel. It took them 3 days to fix it. We didn't want our belongings moved. After it was fixed and one the road we were told to submit our hotel costs for reimbursement. We attempted to do that, but the lady on the phone was extremely rude and dismissed us immediately. It was the worst, dangerous, experience I ever had renting a truck. I will never rent from them again. They do not care of good customer service, or the troubles we went through for their busted break line that inconvenienced us. Thumbs down 👎
