Good service and fast. Their staff was courteous and knowledgable. I had to change the rear brake pads which I would normally do it at the dealership but they only take you by appointment, and it is in either Tampa or Orlando, none Infiniti dealership close by. Being an emergency, I was afraid of taking the car to a mechanic other than the dealership but I took the chance; I was a little concerned due to newer technology involved in the electronics and what not but the Grease Monkey mechanic/owner and manager was knowledgable and had the latest technology to deal with the new systems, i.e. the electronic brake release, etc I definitely recommend them and will return for future maintenance. Thank you

This was absolutely the best oil change experience. I received a pleasant greeting and was invited to sit in a nice cool waiting room while my car was being serviced. Not only was the oil change, but the car was vacuumed and washed. All of this within 15 minutes. Great services in Dundee highway #27.

The employees are very professional and respectful. The establishment is clean and they are quick to accommodate your time! When they say 15 minutes, it's going to be 15 minutes not 45.
