I originally asked if I could borrow some tools to install it myself, but Javier gladly stepped in and installed the battery for me. It was raining outside, and he still helped me without hesitation, like a true professional. While working on the battery, he also noticed that the battery connectors were cracked from corrosion. Thankfully, he caught the problem and helped replace and install those as well. Javier is one of those rare people who still believes in giving 100% customer service. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly. I would absolutely return to this location just because of him. Javier was amazing!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
