    This store I recommend, the entire experience was amazing. When you walk in your greeted, and they'll let your here. Freddy greeted my wife & daughter in-law and took us to several units until we seen my wife's eyes brighten and huge smile. Then Freddy took us back to his office and gave cold water which was much needed because the weather was HOT! We gave him the information on our trade in ( I'm sure he was surprised to have a couple from Nevada want to purchase a new RV before heading home). Everyone was fantastic in making progress so easy. Now, I have to mention the RV Technician Brady. I'm drenched in sweat and confused about putting the sway bar back together. He came up explaining how everything worked and went together. Then noticing I was really working with just sub- basic tools came back and had me done in a minute. I tried to offer him money for his time & expertise, but he only poiltly to said no ... then thanked me for my service. Both my wife and wish to thank Brady for being so nice and helping when he didn't have to. **We ran late, he was off work by then** If 10 stars were possible I would have given 11, They will make it happen.

    Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership or service center. They have been dishonest and deceptive, concealing poor workmanship with a repair after selling us. poor quality product in the first place. Their poor workmanship currently has over $5.000 in damages after paying them $7500 to replace the roof. (note) they had to do it twice because their first attempt the roof was delivered with more damage than it was put in the shop for. They tried to conceal their horrible attempt to repair.

    Gary White and Doug did job but needed more information. Both were informed we needed to move the brake controller from the trade-in to the purchased Tiffin. Beth in Parts told us that action would cost. After the previous purchase from a different Camping World and this action done for free we almost backed out of the deal. After doing a lot of work they told us the brake controller only works manually, not automatically as it had been doing. It seems now only a Mercedes Benz dealer to finish job costing us at least another $200. If we had known all of this we would not have purchased the unit.

    We had a great experience from start to finish! We were casually searching travel trailers and found two options at this location. I inquired about them. Response was quick. Eric picked up the ball and we scheduled an appointment to see them. We arrived on a Saturday. Very busy, but they had burgers, chips, and soft drinks!!! Eric introduced himself and informed us he was running behind on appointments. No problem. He connected us with Christina. Christina was great! She found the units we were looking for and let us explore other options as well. We enjoyed her company. Eric checked back in when he could. Well . . . turned out we found just what we were looking for. Started the purchase process and received a very thorough walk through of the RV features with John. Perfect! Next we met Will in finance and completed the deal. Will provided all the specifics of the purchase in great detail and what benefits and warranty options that were available. We took advantage of those. Returned three days later to pick up a fully cleaned and prepped RV. It feels like we have new friends at Camping World Dover, Fl. We couldn’t be happier!

    My husband and I came to this location this past Saturday. We came in with a desire to purchase a trailer for our family So we can start visiting his family in Wyoming. Eric, The salesman was great. Informative, helpful Accommodating to both my kids Which sometimes makes the Shopping experience a little harder, and patient. We came in with challenging credit, So we didn’t have high hopes that we would be approved. But we wanted to at least see what our options are. Because it was Saturday, they were not able to run our credit that day, but we left with the VIN number of the RV, A handshake telling us congratulations as if we had already gotten it or there was some sort of a strong insinuation that we would get it… which I thought was odd. We even left a deposit to hold the RV with full confidence that we would be picking it up the following week. They even threw in the hitch that we needed for our truck for free. They then told us they would call us first thing Monday morning, To let us know what our options were. Monday morning comes around and we hear nothing, In fact, my husband called Tuesday and spoke with Eric, Eric was surprised that no one reached out to us. There was no Update available On whether the banks approved or didn’t. Then Thursday came around and again we heard nothing. My husband called again to try to speak to someone to figure out what’s going on and why it’s taken now four days to hear back with just an update as to what’s going on with this process. Their secretary answered and said that no one could come to the phone and that somebody would call us back that day. no one called us back. Today is Friday, Because of the lack of communication and the fact that no one called us back to properly communicate with us where we were in the process if we were close or if we had no chance of getting approved at all, My husband and I Became nervous because they’ve had our credit information all week with zero communication as to what they were doing with it. So my husband called this morning and politely asked for his refund for the deposit we put down on the trailer. Eric answered the phone and was very apologetic And told us we would get a refund. A couple of hours later, we finally hear back via email from Christina, Who apparently is the person in charge of keeping us up-to-date on what’s going on in the process. She said in her email I’m sorry we couldn’t get connected. I tried to call yesterday and this morning and no one answered. My husband immediately called her back and said no one called him yesterday actually, But he did see her missed call this morning, of course while he’s at work. All of a sudden, she had an offer ready for us. We originally came in saying that we were not going to go over to 280 a month, And her offer was 380 a month for 12 years. We declined that offer and told her, Because of their lack of communication and the fact that they apparently didn’t listen to us when we told them what we were willing to pay, And because we had waited all week to hear any kind of update we were not happy with the Customer Service for the communication so we asked for a refund For the deposit we made to hold the trailer. My husband said this lady was snarky on the phone. And didn’t seem to care about our needs. So unfortunately, although Eric was a fantastic sales person, We will not be visiting camping world again. To be clear, it would’ve been fine. Had they called us Monday or maybe even Tuesday morning to let us know that our credit just wasn’t there and that they couldn’t accommodate our budget. We would’ve been fine with that and would have understood.. But because of their lack of communication After giving them our credit information, We do not feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone.
