Best Sixt experience ever! Smooth, Fast, and Stress Free Experience! Renting here was great. When my card didn’t work, they helped and provided assistance, when the car we chose wasn’t available they provided an upgrade, whatever we needed they were easy to help. • Convenient Location: Being right at the hotel made picking up the car effortless without having to deal with the chaos of a busy airport center. • Clean & Modern Vehicle: The car was spotless, breaks new 25miles, and drove like a dream. • Exceptional Service: The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly and efficiently. Special thanks to Ben and the team for making the pick-up completely stress-free. We are traveling to miami in November and we’ll be back to the same location, see you November 12!

Sixt at the InterContinental Miami Doral has the best attendants (Josefina and Benjamin) and the cars are always in very good condition. Thank you, Sixt !

I didn’t end up getting the exact car I had originally booked and expected, due to some complications with payments from foreign banks. However, the team at the location did their best to find a solution. Although I had to wait and explore other options, another car eventually became available, and they were able to offer it to me. In the end, my pickup worked out successfully, and I really appreciate the team’s effort, flexibility, and willingness to help. Thank you for making it work!

I had a great experience with Sixt, and Benjamin was especially helpful throughout the rental process. He was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. He answered my questions, made sure I understood everything, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated his attitude and how smoothly he handled everything. I would definitely rent with Sixt again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Experience with SIXT! I originally came to SIXT to rent an economy car, but they didn’t have one available at that moment. To my wonderful surprise, they offered me a beautiful BMW convertible for the exact same price I had paid for the economy car! What an amazing upgrade! 🚗✨ The BMW was absolutely beautiful, immaculate, comfortable, and a joy to drive. It truly made my experience unforgettable. I also want to give a very special thank you to Ketsia, who was incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and attentive. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made me feel truly valued. The entire SIXT team was wonderful, and the service was impeccable from beginning to end. I am absolutely delighted with my experience and would happily rent from SIXT again. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, Ketsia, and thank you to the entire SIXT team for such a wonderful experience! ❤️👏
