  The Benjamin was amazing during our entire experience. We had our rental for 25 days. From the beginning, we got a free upgrade due to us expecting a baby (who we had 2 days after getting the rental) then we had a horrible experience with the international customer service, which The Benjamin rectified at our return. I will only be renting from this Sixt location!!

Out of all the places I’ve rented from, this is the only location I continue to choose because the team consistently delivers outstanding service. They treat customers with genuine respect, make the process smooth and stress-free, and always go the extra mile to ensure everything is handled perfectly.   Josue provided an excellent pick-up experience. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the process. He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the rental before leaving. The process was quick and smooth, which I really appreciated. Great customer service—definitely made the experience stress-free. Highly recommend working with him!

  The location is great, I walked in passing the palm trees and circular fountain, was then greeted at the door by the front desk agent who was very helpful in directing me to the Sixt desk. There Benjamin - the Sixt service rep - provided excellent customer service and got me in a nice rental in minutes. 10/10 would recommend!
