    CARRO EN PESIMA CONDICION. casi ocurre un accidente fatal por culpa de esta empresa, pésima experiencia , rente un carro 24 hora para viajar de Miami a tampa , a las 2 horas de recorrido , se exploto un goma cuando iba a 70 millas por la autopista a causa de desgaste de la llanta , como pueden rentar un carro y no asegúrarse que este bien las llantas, se nota que es un servicio por salir de el paso, sin entender que hay vidas en esos vehículos. la primera respuesta de manera poco empatica por la situación y el suste fue que me iban a cobrar el servicio de carretera, luego entrego el carro y demoran 10 dias para devolver el depósito . increíblemente mal

    The most deplorable customer service experience where the assistant branch manager became argumentative and belligerent and refused to provide the name of the manager of the Doral Enterprise location. Furthermore, he stated that although he had a car available, he was not going to rent it to me. I was then able to rent a car with a different company without any difficulties.
