Had a great experience with Brooke, Ask her to book a second car for the alignment, Came back the second day really rude guy said that he doesn’t have time although I had an appointment asked me to come the next day when I got the same answer, Moved on the third day dropped off the car. The same guy took the keys 9 o’clock in the morning. I call around 2 PM., And he told me that actually he cannot do the car because he was too busy, After Expressing my frustration, he replied that he couldn’t have done it anyway because the wheels are too big. I asked for the manager’s phone number- or the owner and he told me that I don’t need that, I can leave the review on Google. I guess he should go for the employee of the month
