Caled and said that not busy. Showed up 5 minutes later and two cars were in front of me. Three service technicians were working. Told me 30 minute wait for my oil change. Fifty minutes later, got my vehicle on the bay. After 30-40 minutes, oil change complete and informed me that I needed a brake flush. Asked how long and how much. Told me it would take 30 minutes and I told them to proceed with the work. After sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes and not seeing anyone working on my vehicle, I asked the status of my vehicle. I was informed there was ony qualified service mechanic was working, and I would have to wait till he was finished on an the car is was working. I informed them to put the tires back on my vehicle and I would be leaving. Never told me the 30 minute job task would be delayed for more than an hour. Over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change.

I'm a local and always go to Tuffy. They always take care of me even if they don't make money off it. Today they got me the error codes for my check engine light but didn't have the particular tool to do the diagnostic. Still, they called around and found another auto body shop who could and referred me out. Everything is always clear and professional, nothing shady. I really appreciate the team there. Car troubles aren't fun but they make it bearable.
