- GAGary Aronson1 day ago5.0Brought car in for a leak in a tire and they tried to repair the tire with a patch and accidentally damaged the tire. Thus, they replaced the tire at their cost with a brand new tire. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!

The attention and honesty was impeccable! Made me feel at ease on being able to get back home to take care of the problem instead of wasting time in an Auto shop on my vacation. Answered every concern I had with such honesty’s. Thank you for addressing my concerns and making me feel safe with my drive back home!

I ran over a bolt and it punctured a fairly new tire on my BMW, but did so close to the edge...it could not be fixed. Tuffy's ordered a new tire and had the car back to me by noon the following day. As a Destin resident, I will certainly use their services again.
